Carmen, Rosales, Pangasinan. Please be informed that the ECC is not a permit and the proponent is not precluded from securing necessary permits and clearances from other government agencies that have jurisdiction over the project. All damages or adverse impact to the environment resulting from non-adoption of appropriate or adequate mitigating measures during the implementation of the project shall be your sole responsibility and liability. In case of transfer of ownership of said project, a notification shall be submitted to this office within 15 days from such transfer to effect necessary amendment of your ECC. You are encouraged to submit to this Office any comment on the conditions stipulated in your ECC and non adherence on your part within thirty (30) days indicates that you CONFORME on the different conditions. A corresponding ECC Amendment shall be secured from this Office prior to any expansion or change in operation of the project GENERAL CONDITIONS Further administrative conditions for the grant of this certificate shall be strictly complied: 5. The proponent's operations shall conform with the provisions of RA 6969 (Toxie Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Waste Control Act of 1990), RA 9003 (Act Providing for an Ecological Solid Waste Management Program), RA 9275 (Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004), and RA 8749 (Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999); | 6. The proponent shall make available information based on the project schedules as indicated in the submitted Impact Assessment and Mitigation Summary / EMP for the implementation of the project and proposed mitigating measures in the construction and operational phase, An accomplishment report on the implemented mitigating measures and the corresponding cost of such activities shall be submitted to EMB Regional Office on a quarterly basis for monitoring: ‘The proponent shall undertake an effective and sustained Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Campaign to explain publicly its mitigative measures as well as the conditions of this ECC.
