ALINDAHAW LAKEVIEW RESORT

Alindahaw Lakeview Resort is tucked in a serene and clean lakeside of Lakewood
Municipality, Zamboanga del Sur, Mindanao, the Philippines.
If this is your first time to hear that there is such a town in the Philippines, let me
briefly introduce it to you.
No one exactly knows where it came from or who gave the name "Lakewood."
Some legends say that it is a name of a military general who first visited the area
and called it after his family name “Wood."
However, another version says that it is the name of a Protestant missionary who
brought Christianity to the natives. ("lumad') in the area living around the lake.
However, until now no one can provide any concrete evidence as to what the
origin of the name of this 800-kilometer wide lake really is. The name itself might
be significant, or, might not mean anything at all.

What kind of place is this?

The alindahaw lakeview resort is an eco-friendly tourism destination in
Biswangan, Lakewood Zamboanga Del Sur. The famous Alindahaw Lakeview
Resort is tne destination for the family outings where children and grandchildren
can play in the pool to their hearts delight. I was able to come here twice when I
was in my elementary year. But even if I just visited this place twice it never failed
to amazed me. The fascination of the children’s pool started with so many resorts
dotting the tourism destinations of the country but this one at the Alindahaw
Lakeview Resort is one great model for enhanced security and ergonomically
 designed slides intended for children and those toddlers wanting to wade through
the cool waters of lakeview.
Fronting the scenic Lakewood, the resort boast of its infinity pool as well as the
disco pool for water parties.
Since it’s public opening, the kid’s pool has draw the families together, friends
reunited with their families and reunion held. It is indeed an enchanting paradise
for children and those families who is out to explore the world’s greatest resorts
with their families.
So if you’re searching a place to celebrate with your families and friends this place
is the right choice.

My own experiences
There are many activities that you can do in the resort aside from swimming on the
pool, you can do also some water and extreme activities. Like kayak, Lakecruising
and the zipline.
This place is trully great based on my experienced. I was an elementary student at
that time when my relatives and my parents decided to have a one day outing at the
Alindahaw Lakeview Resort. When we arrived there the resort’s staff assist us
immediately. Their customer service is truly amazing and the staff are all nice
towards us. Though the fee are expensive, it is still worth it. I mean, the view of
sceneries, the pools, the slides and all are worth the pay you will not regret paying.
Their pools are also clean. Even if there are too many people in the place, you will
not get worried because there are also too many pools for everyone to swim at.
There are pools for children ang adults. Deeps and not deep.
I will never get tired saying that this place is TRULLY AMAZING! This place is a
must visit. But this resort is currently closed due to COVID-19 pandemic. I hope
we will recover from this pandemic and reopen all the resorts in the world and
ofcourse including this one.
