Terms and Conditions

 The contest is open to all Indian citizens.

 A participant can send only one entry. In case it is found that any participant has submitted
more than one entry, all the entries will be considered as invalid for the said participant
 The entry should be original. Copied entries will not be considered under the contest.
 Please note that the work must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian
Copyright Act, 1957. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified
from the competition.
 NICSI does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of
intellectual property carried out by the participants.
 The winning Logos would be the intellectual property of the NICSI and the winner shall
not exercise any right over it.
 Mention of the author’s name/emails, etc. anywhere in the body will lead to disqualification.
 NICSI reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Competition and/ or the
Terms & Conditions/Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. It would be the
responsibility of the participant to keep himself/herself informed of any changes in the
Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
 At any stage of evaluation, if an entry is found to violate the guidelines, the entry will be
removed from evaluation process without giving any intimation.
 Entries submitted after the last submission date shall not be considered for the competition.
 The winners would be selected by the selection panel of NICSI.
 All entries received by the stipulated date and found in order, shall be evaluated by a
Selection Committee. The Committee will shortlist the entries and will decide the winners.
 The decision of the committee will be final and binding to all the entries.
 No requests relating to claims of re-evaluation of the entries will be considered.
 Winners shall be required to provide the original open source ‘.ai’ or ‘.eps’ file of the
designed logo, along with fonts family.

नियम और शर्तें :

• प्रतियोतििा भारिीय नािररकोों के तिए है ।

• एक प्रतिभािी केवि एक ही प्रतवति भे ज सकिा है। यति तकसी प्रतिभािी द्वारा एक से अतिक प्रतवतियोों का
भे जा जाना पाया िया िो उस प्रतिभािी की सभी प्रतवतियाों अमान्य कर िी जाएों िी।

• प्रतवति मू ि होनी चातहए। प्रतियोतििा में प्रतितितप की िई प्रतवतियोों पर तवचार नहीों तकया जाएिा।

• कृपया ध्यान रखें तक आपका काम मू ि होना चातहए और भारिीय कॉपीराइट अतितनयम, 1957 के तकसी
भी प्राविान का उल्लोंघन करने वािा नहीों होना चातहए। यति कोई प्रतिभािी िू सरोों के कॉपीराइट का उल्लोंघन
करिा है िो उसे प्रतियोतििा के तिए अयोग्य घोतिि कर तिया जाएिा।

• एनआईसीएसआई प्रतिभातियोों द्वारा तकए जाने वािे कॉपीराइट उल्लोंघन या बौद्धिक सोंपिा के उल्लोंघन के
तिए तजम्मेिार नहीों होिा।

• तवजेिा िोिो एनआईसीएसआई की बौद्धिक सोंपिा होिा और तवजेिा इस पर अपना अतिकार नहीों
जिाएिा।

• बॉडी में कहीों पर भी िे खक का नाम/ ईमे ि आति का उल्लेख करने पर प्रतिभािी को अयोग्य कर तिया
जाएिा।

• एनआईसीएसआई के पास प्रतियोतििा के सभी या तकसी भी अोंश को और/ या तनयम और शिों/ िकनीकी
पैमानोों/ मू ल्ाों कन मानिों ड को रद्द करने या उसमें सोंशोिन करने का अतिकार होिा। इस प्रतियोतििा के तिए
तनिाा ररि तनयमोों और शिों/ िकनीकी मानिों डोों/ मू ल्ाों कन मानिों डोों में तकसी भी प्रकार के बारे में जानकारी
रखने की तजम्मेिारी प्रतियोिी की होिी।

• मू ल्ाों कन के तकसी भी चरण में , यति तकसी प्रतवति को तिशातनिे शोों के तवपरीि पाया जािा है िो तबना कोई
सूचना तिए उस प्रतवति को मू ल्ाों कन प्रतिया से बाहर कर तिया जाएिा।

• प्रतवति भे जनी की अोंतिम तिति के बाि जमा की जाने वािी प्रतवतियोों पर तवचार नहीों तकया जाएिा।

• तवजेिाओों का चयन एनआईसीएसआई के चयन पैनि द्वारा तकया जाएिा।

• तनिाा ररि तिति िक और व्यवद्धथिि रूप से प्राप्त होने वािी सभी प्रतवतियोों का मू ल्ाों कन चयन सतमति द्वारा
तकया जाएिा। सतमति प्रतवतियोों की सोंतिप्त सूची बनाएिी और तवजेिा का तनणाय िे िी।
• सतमति का तनणाय अोंतिम और सभी प्रतवतियोों के तिए बाध्यकारी होिा।

• प्रतवतियोों के पुनमूा ल्ाों कन से सोंबोंतिि तकसी भी अनुरोि पर तवचार नहीों तकया जाएिा।

• तवजेिाओों को तडजाइन तकए िए िोिोों को उसके फॉन्ट के साि ऑररजनि ओपन सोसा ‘.ai’ या ‘.eps’
फाइि उपिब्ध करानी होिी।
