The Close Project process takes the results of the project team’s work
and ensures the project requirements have been satisfied.
The Procurement Closure process settles all accounts and ensures that
all payments have been made.
As part of this stage, all documents are archived and any updates to
policies as a result of lesson’s learned are made.
