Question 1
What moral lesson that you can get from video
3. From failure to success: Learn and Grow

One of the many "from carpets to riches" stories that motivates people
is Jack Ma's. He emphasizes his shortcomings and how he grew from them
rather than his successes. He thought that a young person may make
blunders. Nothing is flawless, but when we stumble, we must get back up and
keep learning. When someone has an idea, they must take action to make it a
reality. And instead of being discouraged by failure, use it as motivation to try
again. In the long term, attempting is advantageous. But he also changed his
opinions as a result of his failure, thinking of new options to attempt . As he go
on, his intentions did not centralized in making profits alone, but to solve the
problem he saw that people are experiencing. He may have not made profit at
first but along the way, as people appreciate his idea, money came in so
easily.

A successful entrepreneur must pick a good supervisor, a good role

model, and learn everything they can. He also emphasized the need to come
up with ideas before anybody else does in order to be productive. Be one step
ahead of your rivals. Most significantly, Jack Ma believes in himself the most
—even if no one else does. He has also specified the ages at which a person
should be in order to act correctly and achieve achievement. And at this point
in his life, he must relinquish the limelight to the next generation.
He thought that young people are full of imagination and can come up
with innovative solutions to both present and future challenges, thus he
trusted and empowered them. His business is not only for him. In order to
encourage entrepreneurship, he founded Alibaba. And he succeeded in fact,
the outcomes went above and above his expectations. In other words, he
achieved success by ensuring the success of others' endeavors. The
standard of living in the locations he traveled to has improved.

Since he said that if he can do it, then 80% of people can, Jack Ma's
narrative has had a profound impact on me and has made me consider the
possibility of being like him. I felt inspired to start my own business. Working
with it will help you conceive of ideas and put them into practice. However, I
am aware that it won't be simple since I will have to let go of behaviors that
conflict with my objectives, or what is commonly known as "risk-taking." Like
many businessperson, Jack Ma took risks. They have also experienced ups
and downs, but they were successful because they had a clear aim and put
up their best effort to achieve it. But in my opinion, his theories are applicable
to both professional development and entrepreneurial endeavors. He said that
youth is one's greatest asset, therefore we must make the most of it while we
can. We must exercise both our body and mind.
