1. Differentiate between Globes and Maps.  √          

2. Elicit the purpose of Political and physical maps √

Assumed prior knowledge: It is expected that students already know what are maps and have idea that how are they drawn. In this unit they will explore
more about the purpose of maps.
Possible Learning Outcomes: Differentiate between Globes and Maps.
Explain the purposes of different types of maps: physical, and relief maps
Living Value: understanding others

Lesson Description:  Teacher will


Start the lesson by questioning from previous lesson
Demonstrate the difference between map and a globe
Explaining different types of maps with the help of examples
Students will read the book and tried to find the answers of assessment exercises.
Starter Activity ( Warm-up) Brainstorming Time:  1min
Teacher will show the learners a map on globe and ask students to observe , think and tell the differences between them .
