For Non-Payment of 1st,2nd and 3rd instalments

Dear Parents,

It is to bring to your kind attention that the 1 st, 2nd and 3rd instalments of the school fee of your ward
is pending for the current year (2021-2022). The reminder for the payment of pending dues has
already been shared through circulars from time to time. Also it has been more than a month past
the due date of the fee.

The parents’ cooperation and understanding is desired for the smooth functioning of the school.
Kindly pay the pending fees for all the three quarters on or before 31 December 2021 to avoid any
inconvenience.

The school always appreciates the support received from the parents. Payment of fees on time will
be one such big support. Reminding of pending dues is always painful to both of us equally- for the
school to state such dues and for the defaulting parent’s to receive this message. With your prompt
payments such adverse situations can be avoided.

Important Note: The school has given the fee structure to FRC for approval which is yet to be
received for the academic year 2021-22. The school fees will be in accordance with the FRC
approval. Till any further update from FRC, school will be following 2019-20 fee structure in the
current academic year. If the approval of the fees is more than the amount deposited by you, the
difference will have to be paid by the parent in the last quarter. And if the parents have paid more
than approved fees, the same will be adjusted in the last quarter.
