of the water conservation and fishery conservation zones, as well as the protected shoreline
belt of the nearest one.

1.6 Noise Level Limits

The following noise pressure level limitations are applicable.

85 dB (A) from source at 1-meter distance.

1.7 Emission level limits (Hold)

Atmospheric air
In Tebinbulak complex, the maximum level of emissions shall be measured and should
not exceeds allowable amounts at the pollution source place. The below table indicates
these maximum permissible amounts.
Maximum permissible amount of pollutants (Hold for dispersion model outcomes)
02 No Pollutant Name Unit Maximum Permissible Limit

All technological equipment and units shall be designed with environmental emissions in
compliance with the Law “On protection of atmospheric air” dtd. December 27, 1996, N 353-
I, according to which atmospheric air, as an integral part of natural resources, is national
wealth and protected by the state, as well as by other by laws.

In accordance with the normative act (DCM No. 14 of January 21, 2014 "On the procedure
for the development and approval of draft environmental standards") quotas for pollutants
emitted into the atmospheric air by enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan are indicated
