* NTF – ELCAC stands for National Task Force to End the Local Communist Armed
Conflict
* We were losing the war against the CPP/NDF/NPA in the arena of Propaganda
* NO INFORMATION CAMPAIGN to inform our people of the programs that our
government has launched for their welfare.
* Several peace talks have been conducted across the different administrations all failed
because of deceit and treachery on the part of CPP/NDF/NPA
* People were once used to think communist insurgency is only military problem
* Civil servant is involved in graft and corruption or has failed to attend to the concerns
of our
people
* Civil servant blames the government instead individuals when they failed their people
* Good civil servant, it is the duty to make sure that government programs are efficiently
delivered to our people.
*People are always chosen the road of PEACE against with the CPP/NDF/NPA

VICTIMS
1. Anna Lapira (UP-Manila Biochemistry student and doctor aspirant) was Killed on
November 28, 2017, at Nasugbu, Batangas
2. Myles Albasin (Mass Communication graduate of UP Cebu) 21 years old, was arrested on
March 3, 2018, at Mabinay Negros Oriental
3. John Carlo Alberto (Veterinary Medicine UP – Los Baños) was Killed on February 14, 2019,
at
Lusiana, Laguna
4. Cindy Terado (Hotel and Restaurant Management Assumption College of Davao) was killed
on
April 15, 2019, at Tagum, Davao del Norte
5. Aljun Tamoyang Cardinas (Criminology Student University of Eastern Philippines) was
Captured
on March 28, 2019, (went on immersion with the NPA but left behind after the failed attack of
Victoria MPS in Northern Samar)
6. Wanida Ali, a mother who her four-month-old baby was killed on November 10, 2017, when
NPA ambushed PNP elements at Talakag, Bukidnon
7. Pablo Omblero was killed in front of his wife on October 27, 2019, at Valencia City, Bukidnon
8. Digos massacre (June 25, 1989) 40 churchgoers, many were children, massacred by the
CPP

B. Features:
1. The rifle is equipped with a flash suppressor which can also serve as an
adapter for grenade launching.
2. Barrel is surrounded by two (2) Aluminum line Fiberglass hand Guard
which also adapter for grenade launcher. The hand guards are notched
to permit air to circulate around the rifle barrel, & further serve to
protect the gas tube.
3. A hard rubber recoil pad is attached at the butt of the stock to partially
reduce the effect of the recoil.
4. A dust cover is provided to prevent dust or dirt from getting into rifle.
This opens automatically when the rifle is fired.

6. Feeding – Placing the cartridge in the receiver
