For Servicing Oil Pump Not Using Disconnect

NOTE: If your unit has the disconnect option disregard
the following steps and discard Expansion
Plug and Set Screw.

Install Expansion Plug

1. Clean Oil Pump (A) and Expansion Plug (B) using
Chlorine­Free Degreaser.
2. Apply PM37509 Cure Primer to Oil Pump (A) and
Expansion Plug (B).

3. Apply PM37421 High Strength Threadlocking and
Threadsealing to Expansion Plug (A).
4. Install Expansion Plug (B).

Install Set Screw

1. Clean Oil Pump (A) and Set Screw (C) using
Chlorine­Free Degreaser.
2. Apply PM37509 Cure Primer to Oil Pump (A) and Set
Screw (C).
3. Apply PM37421 High Strength Threadlocking and
Threadsealing to Set Screw (C).
4. Install Set Screw (C).

Live With Safety

Before returning machine to customer, make sure
machine is functioning properly, especially the safety
