Terms & Conditions

1. Factory management has to inform H&M immediately in case the H&M approved Laboratory Technician leaves
the position.
2. In case of contradictory results the test results of H&M will be valid.
3. H&M holds the right to withdraw the laboratory approval at any time based on unsatisfactory performance or if not
following the test routines given.
4. The named laboratory technicians trained & approved by H&M is only responsible for testing on H&M orders.
5. The approved technicians have to undergo correlation tests upon expiry of this certificate for issuance of new
Supplier lab accreditation certificate.
6. H&M local Quality Department will conduct audits regularly in the approved Supplier lab to check the
performance level of approved technicians & if the H&M testing routines are being followed.
