Kwentong Jollibee’s Pamasko: A Reaction Paper

This narrates the story of a family where he grew up away from his parents abroad.
Although their love for their son didn’t slip but remained to be in full extension through sending
material things like shoes, skateboards, and laptops. This went on for every of his Christmas. At
some point in his life, he begged for his parents to be home this holiday as a form of a gift. So,
they went home and had dinner at Jollibee happily together with his grandparents.
Sky under Roof. Watching such visuals is indeed an inspiring and heart-touching story. I
am amazed by the way this story is true to life. I learned how to see various walks of life,
particularly the one I viewed which pointed out realizations. I wonder how they are getting this
stuff and having them portray it rather than keeping it under the roof?
Deeply Blue. I was saddened by how the story went at first because they are doing their
very best for their son’s happiness despite their hard work and hardships. They are willing to sell
pieces of jewelry just to retain financial efficiency. They drain their full energies with
determination in their jobs. They probably lack sleep but they gain encouragement from the ones
they love.
Hunger for Love. Those times when you can’t be with your parents whenever you want it
to be is disheartening. But they deliver it by sending a packed box full of surprises and this paints
a thousand emotions of love. However, the idea of having those chairs filled at the table on such
holidays is left hanging. Yes, savory meals are served but still feel that the essence of spending
the rest is fragmentary.
Sadly, having a far distance from your loved ones is heartbreaking. On the other hand,
being with them even for a short time during their temporary visit is truly a memorable and
heartwarming gift to celebrate the Christmas season. In addition, love doesn’t only revolve
around material things but it also comes from within our relationships with others.
