DESCRIPTION
Scope
This specification covers multi-core, XLPE insulated cables for use on the
KAHRAMMA low voltage Distribution System . These cables are complying with IEC
60502-1 and Kahramaa Standard specification No.EP-MS-P4/S3-040 issue : 3
Design

Extruded PVC suitable for the operating conditions and conforming to IEC 60502-1

Single layer of Galvanized Steel Wire Armour (SWA) + Tinned Copper Wires (TCWA)
with Non-conducting Water Blocking Tape above and below the armour layer The
conductivity of the copper wires alone is at least 50% of that of any phase conductor,
at their respective normal working temperatures.
