DESIGN PROBLEM:

A WELL-KNOWN BANK MANAGER JUST PURCHASED A RESIDENTIAL LOT IN ONE OF THE PRESTIGE
SUBDIVISION, A RELATIVELY FLAT TYPE OF LOT, THRU NORTH A 12.00M WIDTH FACING THE 8.00M ROAD
AND 21.00M DEPTH, HAVING A TOTAL AREA OF 251.00 SQUARE METER.

HE IS PLANNING TO LOOK FOR AN ARCHITECT TO BUILD HIS RESIDENCE. ONE OF HIS REQUIREMENTS
IS ATLEAST A TWO TIERD RESIDENCE THAT WILL SUFFICE FOR HIS FAMILY NEEDS.

HE HAS TWO DAUGHTER, BOTH IN GRADE SCHOOL AND HE ALSO OWNED A TWO TYPES OF VEHICLES.
THRU THIS, HE IS PREPARED WHATEVER MAY THE CONSTRUCTION COST TO FINISH THE ENTIRE
PROJECT, BUILDING HIS FUTURE HOME IN ELEGANTLY WAY OF DESIGN OR AESTHETIC VALUE THAT MAY
SUITS FROM HIS PROFESSION AND TO HIS FAMILY.

A BETTER LANDSCAPE ALSO IS ONE OF HIS REQUIREMENTS, UTILIZING THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE.
