Greensboro’s Go-Forth Pest Control Acquires BioShield Pest Control

Greensboro, NC: As the new year kicks off, many companies have gotten a jumpstart on their New Year’s resolution
with customer promotions, office relocations, new learning opportunities, answering new challenges, and exploring
different avenues for success. Go-Forth Pest Control decided to start their New Year with a very similar approach.

Go-Forth Pest Control recently increased its customer base in Virginia by acquiring BioShield Pest Control. With existing
locations in Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Virginia Beach, The BioShield acquisition will substantially increase the
number of homes and businesses already serviced by Go-Forth’s current Richmond office.

Founded in 1959, Go-Forth Pest Control operates its headquarters from its new 24,000 sq. ft location in Greensboro,
North Carolina. Go-Forth is a family-owned pest control business, with locations spread across the Carolinas and Virginia.
The acquisition was a sensible expansion for the company, which currently has branches in Greensboro, Lake Norman,
Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond, Virginia, and Columbia, South Carolina.
