Technology enabled one to one correspondence between an author and a reader. This new way of
communication is adding new dimensions to the literary fraternity. It is providing a healthy discussion
about the reception and understanding literature in a better way among scholars, researchers and
common readers. Technology has changed the way we perceive, interpret, and even write literature, by
creating the ability for everyone to write, through social networks, reviews, and blogging, and it has
been for the better. Technology has, and will continue to influence literature in a multitude of different
ways. One of the main impacts technology has had on society and culture in general is breaking down
boundaries, making it both easier and harder to find things that were previously obscure. And I think
that’s as true with literature as it is with anything else.

MODULE 16

1.The unique structure of the play was the director can change the names and how the actors can adjust
their characters to their respective active strengths. Yes, I like X. O and Zleen can read the entire script.
The characters should be given of what will happen to them in the story because they only get to die
once.

2.Yes, I agree just like what Shakespearean said”All the world’s a stage and all the men and women
merely players”. The meaning of this phrase is that this world is like a stage show, and all human beings
are merely actors.

3. The relationship between X. O and Zleen was complicated. I can’t explain if they are really friends or
not because X. O killed Zleen.

4.Playwrights cannot dictate what character will act out. A playwright is hardly godlike.

5. The attitude of the two characters towards death was at the end of the day, they were just characters
that performs in front of their audience and just so they can die each time. Death is a natural part of
life’s cycle of development.
