CELEBRATION PLAN:

Event/celebration
We are going to celebrate Renzo’s birthday at Eleazar’s house this
weekend. Eleazar will organize a party for him. It's not a surprise party.

Type of celebration We are both going to organize the party. It will be a celebration with
friends and family, there will be delicious food and some drinks.

Who will be invited We will invite all our school friends, university friends, some cousins and
neighbors. Renzo is appreciated by many people, so there will be many
guests.

Location and time The party will be at Eleazar´s house. His house is located in Calle los
Mormones 149. We are welcoming the guests at 8 p.m. The party ends
at 11 p.m. in order to avoid problems because Eleazar’s neighbors always
sleep at that time.

Music The main genres of music that our DJ will play will be reggaeton, baladas,
salsa and hip hop. Although, if someone wants other music, the DJ will
play it without problems, as long as it is not too loud. We will try to make
a lively atmosphere.

Food and drinks The cake will be made by Eleazar’s mom. Eleazar will bring some salty
snacks. Also, Renzo's cousin is bringing some desserts for Saturday
morning. Soft drinks will be served in plastic cups, while wine will be

 served in glass cups.

Decoration Eleazar will put up some balloons, to create a fun atmosphere. Food will
be served on ceramic plates. On a wooden table, we will put the drink
and food, and also a beautiful metal vase that Eleazar has.

Dress code The dress code will be casual in order to create a relaxed atmosphere.
For example, Eleazar plans to wear his new cotton sweater and Renzo a
nylon shirt.

Other We hope that everyone will be encouraged so that this is a great

celebration and that Renzo has a good time with the people who
appreciate him the most.
