Subject: Withdrawal of Letter about Siltation Issue at Sarki Lawagher Dam.

Dear Sir,
With reference to the undersigned letter (Ref: 2022/RE-ESC/KRK-01 Dated: 22-04-
2022) it is very regretfully informed that ES Consultants (Pvt) Ltd does have personnel
and instrumental expertise to perform the soundness test to assess the siltation in water
reservoirs. The survey was conducted without the use of electronic instruments and it
was performed with simple rope and plum bob. Therefore is survey report cannot be an
accurate measure regarding the assessment of siltation process. Moreover there is no
clause under which such an assessment is the responsibility of our consultancy.
Consequently the readings measured in the letter issued by the organization ( Ref:
2022/RE-ESC/KRK-01 Dated: 22-04-2022) is withdrawn with immediate effect. This
organization does not own the data provided in the above mentioned letter. Being a
sensitive project design readings, it is notified to all concerned please.
