MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This memorandum of agreement is entered into by and between the Department of

Education – Santol Vocational High School, Santol, La Union duly represented by Dr. Remedios Elsie
P. Apostol, School Principal III and Mr. Samuel V. Oblero, President of the Faculty Club as the first
party;

-and-

The Barangay Council of Barangay Poblacion duly represented by its Barangay Captain, Hon.
Arolanston F. Navaera, hereinafter referred to as the second party:

WITNESSETH, that:

1. Despite the pandemic – COVID 19, Santol Vocational High School has the School Operational
Learning Continuity Plan that has the following activities for SY 2021-2022 tat:
- Design and implement appropriate protocol in the school for physical reporting of
teachers and other concerned personnel and students/pupils, if permitted.
- Determine the learning modalities of students/pupils per grade/year level
- Distribute tasks/assignments of teachers as their expertise, age and health conditions
- Prepare the school for physical and distance learning
- Determine and purchase needed and appropriate resources for school operations using
the MOOE and other local funds.
- Design and implement work modalities /AWA per teacher
- Provide a class time schedule per subject area per level with respect to the MLC and the
available learning and instructional materials and the preferred learning modalities
- Establish a system of attendance checking and definite teacher daily time schedule with
respect to his/her assignment
- Provide a technical support, accomplishment reporting and system feed backing & post
activity
- Identify/consolidate/gather offline & online learning resources per subject area per
grade level
- Identify, solicit and engage the support of stakeholders that can help facilitate in the
delivery of the Operational Learning continuity Plan along instructions and distance
learning
- Seek and engage the Local School Board to support the SLOCP of the school
- Design and implement schedule of classes to cater for limited face to face instruction
- Provide a school time table of activities that will be conducted with respect to the school
calendar for SY 2021-2022
- Coordinate referral system for medical and psychosocial services
 WHEREAS, both parties have now agreed to the monitoring and distribution of printed
learning modules per sitio of Barangay Poblacion with the help of Barangay Kagawad per sitio and
other barangays. The barangay will cooperate, support and assists the school in its programs and
services as Community Facilitator of Learning.

WHEREAS, both will complement each other in identifying problem areas in the delivery of
learning modules and providing assistance to each other to ensure the successful completion of its
program and services.

WHEREAS, both will make available manpower and resources in order to mobilize people
needed to carry out its activities and objectives.

EFFECTIFITY OF AGREEMENT

This memorandum of agreement shall take effect upon signing hereto by the parties this 14 th
day of September, 2021 at Santol Vocational High School, Santol, La Union
