AGENDA: MDRRM COUNCIL MEETING

The meeting was so called to order at 10:00am, presented by our Municipal Mayor
Lovella DG Belmonte Espiritu and acknowledged all the officers and members of Municipal
Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
Mrs Carmen Morales presented/reported the continues the:

-Fogging of brgy batitang and Sto. Rosario Old due to the increased cases of dengue.
-Covid-19 continues increased of cases,must observe proper health
protocol,eventhough the said virus is not deadly but easily transmitted to other.
-Newly purchased fiber boat
-Conducted training on three (3) resorts, suggested that no issueof business permit if
there’s no training of their lifeguards.
-Clearing and desilting of water ways
-Continues of giving food pack to those quarantined individual even if the result is
negative.
-Plan to refill fire extinguishers, since the last time it was refilled was during the time of
mayor Lally.

The MDRRMO have their Ambulance, Rescue Boats and it was already posted on FB
page of LGU.

Heavy equipments (Backhoe,Self Loading and Mini Dumptruck)
2 Motor Boats plus 3 units given by the DA for clearing of water ways
2 Hydraulic Cutter

For Covid-19 patients:

5 Isolation Rooms (built in isolation in municipal Gym)

40 Modular Tents

4 Rooms (for the evacuation)

Fund for MDRRMO ----------5% of ERA and regular sources

PPA Program/Projects

Mayor Lally discussed the proposal PPA’s 5% MDRRM fund.

-Reported the repair and rehabilitation of Dike, referred to the province the situation,
and it seems the LGU would be looking for fund.
