Introduction
Drone Analysis
A drone is a flying robot that can be remotely controlled or fly
autonomously through software-controlled flight plans in their embedded
systems, working in conjunction with onboard sensors and GPS.

Drone Technology serves a variety of purposes such as agriculture,

photography, cleaning, commercial and military where a person's reach is
considered difficult or risky.
Problem Statement
Drone Analysis
As we are aware that while spraying fertilizer/pesticides, it causes health
hazards for the people. With the help of a Drone, a person can spray
pesticides from standing outside of the field.
Farmers are massively affected by climate change – it creates many
obstacles in their productivity, making it hard for them to cultivate them
properly. To overcome these obstacles, agriculture producers are looking
for new strategies to increase their productivity; which is where drones
come in

The Radius of each Drone Arm = 12mm
The Thickness of Drone Arm Tube = 0.5mm
The Radius of each Drone Arm = 35mm
Length of each bolt = 42.5mm
The Radius of bolt = 1.5mm

Battery = 2332g Tank = 750g
Motors = 672g Pump = 480g
Telemetry = 40g Cabels = 10g
Electronic Speed Controller=672g
Total Weight of the drone(without frame) = 5,560 = 5.56kg
Materials used: Plastic ABS (High Impact), Aluminium Alloy, Sponge
Mass = 2.16 kg
Volume = 9.7796e-004 m³
The Total weight of the drone frame is 2.1kg
In the tank if we take 10L of fertilizer nearly equal to 10kg
The total weight of the drone= 5.56kg+2.1kg+10kg=17.6kg=18kg (nearly)
Size = 0.005 meters

Fixing the landing stand
Force is applied at each clamp = propeller lift of rotor is, (2*9.8) = 19.6N (upward)
Maximum deformation = 0.441275mm
Time = 1 second
Minimum deformation = 0 mm
Maximum principle stress = 5.8452 MPa
Minimum principle stress = -0.31405 MPa
