Introduction

 Pakistan agriculture sector is the most important sector as it


ammounts to a staggering 18.9% to GDP and also provide
employment to 42.3% to national human workforce.

 Our country is so much dependant on agriculture, has yet to


tap into the real potential of agriculture.

 In pakistan, farmers use typical methods of applying


pesticides, which are hand pump or by tractors.

 According to WHO, pesticides exposure affects the human


health.

 So this will be achieved by modern technologies and this


drone sprayer could be one of them.
Aim and Objective

AIM:
The aim of our project is Design and Manufacturing of Drone Based Sprayer.
OBJECTIVE:
 Selection of standard drone according to our requirement.
 Drone assembling and installation of circuitry.
 Drone configuration through mission planner software.
 Installation of sprayer mechanism.

Required Components for Project
The following components are used in our project. These components are for following characeristics:
 5.5kg Total load of drone with payload.
 7min flight time.
The required components are:
 Emax XT2216 910kv for multicopter thrust 1kg plus (x6)
 ZTW beatless seriesESC 40amp 5v/3A bec original (x6)
 Pix 2.4.8 kit (x1)
 Battery 2s 5000mah gense ace (x2)
 Charging board (x1)
 Carbon fiber propeller (x6)
 Flysky fs-i6x with ia10b reciever (x1)
 Frame x600 hexacopter (x1)
 150A watt meter and power analyser (x1)
 Voltage checker (x1)
 Spray setup(x1)
 Radiolink SU04 pixhawk ultrasonic sensor obstacle avoidence (x1)

Procurement
Before final term of 7th semester , we went to faisalabad for purchasing above accessories and so far
we spent 110,000rs (including transportation charges 15,000)
Assembling Process
Project Failure and injury of Teammate during first flight
Targets Achieved
 Payload carried → 2 liter.
 Time of flight → 6 minutes.
 Spraying mechanism successfully installed and tested.
 Final results are shown in the videos.
