and we are sorry for
our sins.

 Thanksgiving

We give thanks for

the blessings and
goodness God has
done for us.

 Supplication

We ask God for what

we need and what is
good for us.
Example:
God our Father, please
keep our homeless
brothers and sisters
safe from the typhoon.
The Holy Mass is
the highest form
of prayer.
 In the Holy Mass, we
adore the Body and
Blood of Jesus, we ask
for God’s mercy and
forgiveness, we give
thanks for His
blessings, and we ask
for the graces we
