COMMUNITY ACTION PLAN

New Spectrum for the ones with


Autism Spectrum
"Working as a Family is better than One"

The main goal of our Project is assist those Parents whose

children are diagnosed with ASD regarding on how they can help

their child develop.

TARGET COMMUNITY
This Community Action Plan will be beneficial for those Parents

whose children are diagnosed with ASD and other People who

seeks some additional knowledge regarding ASD.

NATURE OF PROJECT
The Purpose of our Project is to provide some needed assistance

through Local Fund Raising, and Free Seminars or Webinars

from Experts and Experienced Parents for Parents whose

children are diagnosed with ASD.

OBJECTIVES
Start a Simple Fund Raising with the help of the Municipality

of San Pedro and Local Communities through solicitations.

Request for the assistance of Experts who specializes in ASD

to Provide some information regarding ASD.

Request for the assistance of Parents who are willing to

share some of their experiences on taking care of their child

whose diagnosed with ASD.

Spread the news about this program through Social Media or

Posters posted across San Pedro City.

PERSONS INVOLVED
The responsible and accountable to the project and for task

completion. You need to ensure that the partners are well-

informed and coordinated and the other involved should be

informed beforehand.

The Municipality of San Pedro City: They are the ones who

approve or will approve our Community Action Plan.

Local Communities/ Barangays: The Program will be held in

on of the Local Communities/ Barangays on San Pedro City

and they will be the ones assisting the program.

The Researchers (Us): We are the ones who proposed the

Community Action Plan and the steps on how the program

can be implemented.

The Parents: They will be sharing their experiences on what

they deal with in their daily lives, how they handle their child

and how they help the child develop.

The Specialists: They will be the ones who will provide some

additional or a more in-depth information about ASD.

Sponsors/ Donators: The Funds that we will be giving to

those parents in need will be coming from them.

RESOURCES
Human Resources: The Researchers (Us), The Parents, The

Experts, Community/ Barangay Officials, Municipality

Officials.

Material Resources: Sound System for Seminars, Chairs for

Guests, TV or Projectors for Presentations, Barangay/ Police

Mobile incase of Emergency.

Financial Resources: Funds from Sponsors/ Donators for the

Parents whose children are Diagnosed with ASD, Additional

Funding from the Municipality of San Pedro City.

Time Resources: Project Plan, Project Schedule, and Time

Invested.

PROJECTED OUTCOME
Our Projected Outcomes are many Parents whose Children are

Diagnosed with ASD have been given the necessary assistance

that they need. This assistance is through Financial, so they can

have some enough funds for the Therapy of their child or other

expenses for their child. It is also through additional information

regarding the situation of their child, so they can be able to

handle the challenges that they face in their daily lives. With this

Program, we hopefully reach more parents who need help and

be able to provide it to them, and let this program be a stepping

stone for other programs that focus on other disabilities to take

off.

REMARKS
This Community Action Plan is highly recommended, because

the program is efficiently organized and handled effectively.
