IX. RATIONALE OF THE PROJECT

Cabungahan is a small barangay in the municipality of San Andres; and its

residents are few in numbers, making them easy to govern with authority of

barangay officials. However, there are instances where residents—adult and

children—don’t abide by the law; especially in the midst of the pandemic—

Covid19 outbreak. With the increasing amount of casualty and cases, initiation of

this project will help to maintain the community safe; especially children—much

prone to the virus. In this barangay, this type of project will surely be successful;

considering all the members of the community participate. The project is suitable

for the environment and behavior of the community, who doesn’t follow health and

safety protocols. The members of the community—mainly the children and their

parents—are the projected subject of this initiative, they are vital and essential in

the completion of this project. Of course, they will be benefited when this project

starts its course; they will acquire knowledge and awareness in the fatality of the

virus and develop self-discipline to follow health and safety protocols.

 Show some pictures to justify and rationalize the project.

 The picture may include the area of the community that needs attention, picture with

cooperating partners and other related scenario that will support the proposal.
