Furnace outlet 17m duct Dust Collector Tube Coolers

1. Previous scope is to provide support for 17m duct (Horizontal distance 8m)
2. New scope:
A. To extend water cooling system for the 17m duct to cooldown tempearture from 800 deg C to 300 deg C

B. To modify duct inside dust collector ie., currently it is single pass from duct collector to inlet HDR of tube
