1. What should be the most important hotel facilities and services for a group
of students? Why?
2. What do you think about public transport in Vietnam and China?

- Ss compares what kinds of public transport they have, compare their speed,
price, services, facilities,...

Now, I will compare about transports in China and Vietnam. As you know, the
popular transports both in Vietnam and China are air travel, train travel and bus
travel.

The first, we will start with air travel. About number of airports, in China there
are high develop and a lot of regional airports – about 150 such as Shanghai
International Airport, Guangzhou International Airport; Beijing International
Airport and so on – so you have a very big choice. But in Vietnam, the air
travel is less develop – about from 10-20 airports such as Nội Bài air port, Cam
Ranh airport, Tân Sơn Nhất airport, and so on… so limited network. Besides,
China air travel is more professional than Vietnam air travel. Beacause, They
put satisfaction of guest in head and free luggage allowance in Chines Airlines.
But in Vietnam, the flight is delayed for long hours.

The seconds is train travel. As you know, The speed of train travel in Vietnam
is 120km/hour slower than speed of train in China about from 200 to 500
km/hour. Then in China, the train cover all destinations so very convenient and
comfortable for guest but in Vietnam, the train don’t cover all destination so
the guest must use other transports during their journey. But, the staff of the
Vietnam train travel use English and in China train travel doesn’t.

Finally about bus travel. The bus in China is more modern than Vietnam. It has
trolley bus system and electric bus. In Vietnam, bus is older, shabby facilities
and crowded in rush hours. Moreover, the guest can pay by card. It is very
convenient, in Vietnam, the guest pay by cash, so very waste time.

This cover my talking compare about transports in China and Vietnam. Thank
you for listening.

TEST 4

Part 2. Short talk (2 minutes/ individual)

1. What do you think is the dream vacation for someone who loves nature?

Suggested answer: explain why this tour is a dream vacation to them: how
suitable the destination is with their special needs, their budget, the activities
and accommodation included in the tour

I think a 1 day tour to Cuc Phuong in Ninh Binh province is the dream vacation
for someone who loves nature because Cuc Phuong is the first national park of
Vietnam and also the largest nature reserve of the country which is one of the
most important sites for biodiversity in Vietnam. Because of this, this national
park is always an attractive place for adventurers and tourists who love the
beauty of nature. The tour is also very cheap for tourists with 60usd per person.
The bus of the travel agent will pick the tourists up at their hotel in Ha Noi city
center and transfer to Ninh Binh. When coming to Cuc Phuong, tourists will
have a chance to visit Endangered Primate Rescue center visit Turtle
Conservation Program, and visit the botanical garden. Moreover, tourists will
have two different hikes: To the “1000 Years Old Tree” and to the “Ancient
Tree”. They can choose between mountainous trekking or trekking over flat
paths. The tour is consists of: High-quality vehicle, experience guide, lunch, all
entrance fees. With all inclusive in the tour, tourists will not have to worry
about anything, just need to prepare a good health to enjoy a good trip.

2. What do you think about tourist accommodation in Vietnam?

+ evaluate their price, kinds of accommodation, safety, facilities, services,...

As you know, there is a great selection of accommodation in Vietnam with the

most popular ones including resort, hotel, hostel, guesthouse, dormitory,
homestay, and overnight cruise. The first about hostels are a popular option
amongst young backpackers who just require somewhere to rest as they move
from place to place. A bed in a dormitory costs from $3 or $4 whilst a private
bedroom with a shared bathroom is just a few more dollars. But if travelers
looking for budget lodging offering more privacy than a hostel, guesthouses are
well suited . A standard guesthouse room costs from around $15 per night. The
seconds, hotels are a popular choice when spending more than a couple of
nights in the same place or when visiting Vietnam with children. Most mid-
range to luxury hotels in Vietnam offer some or all of the following: air
conditioning , hot water, mini fridge, television, telephone. Many hotels within
this price range have an on-site restaurant and bar as well as room service, ideal
for busy business travelers. For as little as $25 guests can book a double
bedroom in a 3-star hotel in Hanoi and $100 in a 5-star hotel. For $400 a night,
this price includes the widest range of services, fine dining, and access to top-
class spa facilities. Finally, homestays offer the most immersive experience.
Homestays will often provide guests with the following: Breakfast included,
lunch and/or dinner can be added, Coffee, tea and filtered water, Bed linens and
bath towels. All hosts must meet certain standards and obtain a license in order
to function as a homestay. And many other types of accommodation facilities.
This cover my short talk about tourist accomodation in VN. Thank you for
listening.

Part 3. Conversation (3-4 minutes/pair)

to promote a new package in Halong Bay for 3 days. Analyse the Product to
create a marketing campaign for your new tour: "Halong Bay - Recreation
heaven".

features - Any extra features it includes: insurance, optional trips,...

TEST 5

Part 2. Short talk (2 minutes/ individual)

1. Can you recommend a place for spending time at weekend? Why is it

suitable?

-location, geographical features, its beauty, activities to do.

Yes, there is a place that I think is very suitable for spending time at weekend,
Nha Trang. What a wonderful paradise. As you know, the city is located in the
east of Khanh Hoa province. With that geographical location, Nha Trang has a
tropical savanna climate influenced by oceanic climate. There are less cold
winters and longer rainy seasons. The rainy season shifts to winter starting from
September and ending in December. Therefore, you should travel in the dry
season (i.e. January - September) every year, very suitable for participating in
island trips, enjoy sunbathing, surfing, riding a water motorcycle ... But
swimming and diving are the most popular sports in Nha Trang. At night, you
may see some performances concluding traditional and modern ones. Nha
Trang is famous for many things. The first thing anyone who has a chance to
visit Nha Trang always mentions is its beach. The beach is wonderful with
sunlight, clear blue waters and a line of coconut grown along the beach. Nha
Trang is not only famous for its beautiful beach but also has many places you
may want to visit such as Vinpearl land, Po Nagar Cham Towers, 100 Egg Mud
Bath and many large and small islands. If you are tired of having to go from
place to place, you can rest and enjoy traditional food and fresh seafood at many
restaurants such as Champa Garden Restaurant, Seafood Restaurant... or in Dam
market. I am very happy that Vietnam has a beautiful beach like Nha Trang and
join hands with me to build a better Nha Trang.

2. What should be the most important hotel facilities and services for a
famous singer? Why?

The biggest worry is always security because she is famous person, she has many
fans and so many people recorgnize her, so what she needs most is safety, privacy
and security. And she always choose a hotel that uses smartcards and CCTV
camera installed. They request limousine service, 24hour room service, and
exclusive use of the spa & therapy room

TEST 7

Part 2. Short talk (2 minutes/ individual) Students are expected to express

their own ideas in a clear and logical way.

1. What is your most memorable trip? Why do you like it?

Suggested answer: ss are expected to tell a story with a clear plot, various
events, characters and appropriate facial expressions and intonation

Hi everyone, I’m A. I think everyone has a journey or a trip at least once. It

makes you feel very exciting and memorable. Now, I’ll share to you about my
trip. Last summer vacation, me and of friends had a trip went to beach in Nha
Trang. This trip had 2 days and a night. Before this trip, we prepared a lot of
things, especially bought four round trip tickets because we got there by plane.
Then we decided to meet at 6 am on the Sunday at a bus station then we will go
to the airport. But some of us were late because they got stuck in traffic jams for
30 minutes. Then we had another problem. You know the bus we took didn’t
leave. I asked the driver why and he told me that we had to wait until nearly all
the seats were filled, which took us another 30 minutes. At this point, I thought
if we had to waited 30 minutes more, we would be late for the flight. So that we
talked about our problem, apologized to the driver and got off the bus to book a
taxi to the airport. We hope that the taxi would get to the airport as soon as
possible. Luckily, the taxi arrived very quickly and after 30 minutes we were
there in time. I had a special time with my friends there so I felt very happy and
excited. Nha Trang is a beautiful place and the people there are very nice. Of
course, we didn’t forget to buy many souvenirs for my relations and my family,
such as jewelry or some things made from shell. In conclusion, it was really a
successful journey although we met a problem. It taught me to always
remember to do the preparation well, because I think it hold 70% success of
work.

Those are all about the trip I have gone and I hope I can come here again.
Thanks for listening.

2. What do you think about rail travel in Vietnam?

Ss evaluate speed, facilities, prices, services, ...

It's a relatively comfortable way to travel and high inter-city speeds are
possible. The speed of trains in Viet Nam is about 200 km/h. Passengers can
work while travelling and it's comparatively stress-free. Traveling by train
affords passengers the chance to see sights and unspoiled beauty they would
never see from a plane window or on a busy road.  Moreover, some trains have
restaurant cars with gourmet menus and waiter service; others have cafes that
serve just basic snacks and drinks. Overnight travelers may have the option to
pay extra for a private sleeping berth, complete with beds and, sometimes, full
bathrooms, free Wi-Fi on most trains It is true to say that traveling by Vietnam
train ticket fare is much cheaper than the other options such as a plane or private
car. Especially if the longer you go, the bigger the price differs. Trains in
Vietnam are a fairly safe type of transport. Due to running on its own route, it is
rare to meet an accident on a train.
But rail travel in Viet Nam also has some problems. It doesn't cover all
destinations so you may have to use other means of transport to complete the
journey. You have to carry and manage your own luggage on board and it's
generally more expensive than road travel.

Part 3. Conversation (3-4 minutes/ pair)

Student A: You are planning to visit Vietnam for business combined with
travelling. You are a young active professional who has money but little free
time. Enquire a travel agent about a dream tour.

Student B: You are a travel consultant of Vietnam Tourism. Provide your

tourist with appropriate information. (consider customer's special request,
budget time, destination, activities, ...)

A: Good morning! How can I help you?

B: Hello! I have some days off next week. I’m going to travel somewhere but I
don’t have any good ideas and little free time. Could you recommend me some
beautiful places in Viet Nam?
A: Of course. How long is your holiday?
B: Just 2 days.
A: So, What do you think of Da Nang?
B: Da Nang? What’s special thing in Da Nang?
A: Da Nang is known as the most worth living city in Vietnam. Recently, it has
become a new city which is very famous for tourism. Da Nang has many
destinations which attract foreign tourists from all over the world. They can
enjoy from Ba Na Hill on the top of the mountains to the unique Dragon Bridge
in the center of the city, which can spit water and breath fire on the weekend.
B: So is there a beach in Da Nang? I want to go to a place with the sea
A: Yes. Da Nang has many beautiful beaches, especially My Khe beach with
clear water and long sandy beach.
B: What about caves?
A: Marble mountain is also one of tourist attractions with many caves and
impressive structures.
B: So, is there any dish in Da Nang that is considered outstanding?
A: Not only being famous for landscapes, Da Nang attracts tourists because of
its cuisine. Vietnamese turmeric noodles, noodles with grilled pork, lemongrass
pork skewers or crispy pancake are all traditional cuisine.
B: Ohh, that’s sound good. Are there any luxury hotels there?
A: Visitors can choose to relax in five stars hotel or luxury resorts too. In
addition, local people are very polite, generous and kind. They are willing to
show you the way if you are lost, show you delicious restaurants or even
prestigious hotels. All the things above are the reasons why Da Nang has been
visited and loved by visitors.
A: Here’s our Da Nang brochure. Have a look.
B: OK. Thank you.
A: You’re welcome.

2. Talk about a works of art to a group of visitors in a museum.

Suggested answer: The talk should include the following points:

+ time of completion

+ where to display

+ material

+ any special meanings

Today I would like to tell you about one of the most well-known paintings in
the world, which is also my personal favourite, the portrait of Mona Lisa.
The Mona Lisa painting is one of the most emblematic portraits in the history of
art, where is located at the Louvre. Painted by Leonardo da Vinci in the 16th
century, it joined the collections of the court of France before being added to the
works on display at the Louvre Museum. This masterpiece was acclaimed as the
most recognized and most visited artwork in the history of art. The woman sits
upright in an armchair with her arms folded to depict Lisa as a virtuous woman
and faithful wife. The painting was one of the first portraits to depict the sitter in
front of an imaginary landscape, and Leonardo was one of the first painters to
use the toughest drawing technique of all the time. The painting is so famous as
there are so many hypothesis about it. What attracts me the most about this
painting is Mona Lisa’s charming smile. It’s not only the most beautiful feature
on her face but also has lots of mysteries. Some people said that her smile looks
different from different angle and it has been at the center of much debate and
speculation over the years. The artist created a painting that is worth a thousand
words and has become the iconic painting of all the time. I personally think
Mona Lisa is truly an impressive painting, after all it was painted by the great
Leonardo da Vinci.

Part 3. Conversation (3-4 minutes/ pair)

Student A: You are a guest in Sparkling Hotel. You check out and can't find
your golden ring anywhere. Enquire the hotel receptionist about it

Student B: You are the hotel receptionist. Deal with the customer's problem.

TEST 9

Part 2. Short talk (2 minutes individual)

1. What should be a dream vacation for students? Why?

• Suggested answer: explain why this four is a dream vacation to them: how
suitable the destination is with their special needs, their budget, the activities
and accommodation included in the tour

I will not travel abroad until I have gone to Vietnam. So the dream vacation I
suggest you will be in Vietnam. This is Da Nang - which is known as "the most
worth-visiting city in Vietnam". It is a city with a prime location, located in the
middle of the country, 764km from Hanoi capital. You can easily move from
Hanoi by plane or by bus. And where to stay is not the problem because there
are a lot of hotel four, five-star for you choose. Besides, affordable price is very
suitable for economy. But the scenery is amazing, with thousands of beautiful
destinations, you will enjoy conquering Hai Van Pass, swimming and playing at
the beaches, diving to see corals, .... The cuisine is not to be missed: pork rolls,
Pan cake, Chicken rice, Banh Mot...Also with many destinations famous, Hoi
An - a place that preserves the culture and history of the Chinese people, hot
mineral springs of Than Tai mountain, Ba Na Hills - the green lung of Central
Vietnam, Dragon Bridge spit fire and water at 9pm, ... The cuisine is not to be
missed: pork rice paper roll, Pan cake, Chicken rice,... You should be there and
you will have the most really feeling. Thank you for listening!

2. What do you think is the most suitable kind of accommodation for a young
backpacker in Sapa?

• Ss consider price, facilities special needs of the customer, convenience

Sapa is no stranger to backpackers, so you will find a handful of great

accommodation. Backpackers usually have to stick to a tight budget, generally
preferring to stay in hostel dorm rooms or camp. Backpacking couples or
backpackers with a slightly higher budget might stay in private rooms in hostels
or look for budget hotels or apartments. As backpackers tend to be socially
active, to enjoy meeting other people and making friends, to get know new
cultures and to share experiences, so that, in my opinion, homestay would be
best for them. This is where they can live alongside a local family. Traveller can
eat what the local eat, see the incredible countryside. Homestay seems to be
cheaper than the hotels in the main town, though it will be a lot more basic. All
homestay feature a free Wi-Fi, also offers accommodations with mountain
views, fully facility and basic services. For all of this, I think homestay is a very
good choice for backpackers in Sapa
Part 3. Conversation

Student A: You are a passenger of Vietnam Airlines. Your flight has been
delayed for 3 hours and you don't know when you will be able to fly. You
have a meeting in the evening and you are very worried that you maybe late
for it. Complain with the customer services manager about this.

Student B: You are the customer services manager of Vietnam Airlines. Deal

too long. It can change all my plans, you know?

P: Which flight, Mam?

S: VNA-123

S: Oh I see. I’m very sorry about that. Your flight has been delayed for 3 hours
due to the unexpected technical problems and we are trying to fix it so that the
flight can take off.

P: Are you kidding me? What the hell is going on with your company? I fly
with you 5 times and this is the 3rd time the flight has been delayed

Dialogue 2

G: Excuse me.
R: Good morning. How may I help you, madam?
G: Well, I hope you can. We have already informed that my flight will be
delayed for 3 hours. Do you know?
R: Yes. We know  your flight was  delayed 3 hours and we apologize for
that. Please allow me to explain the delay. Flight VN 332 at 2pm was
delayed due to technical problems.
G: I don’t care. And 3 hours is so long. I can’t wait and I will not wait for
long time like that. My meeting will start in 3 hours. I can't be absent.
R: I understand your feeling. However, If the plane takes off on schedule
and the technical error is not corrected, the safety of all passengers will not
be guaranteed.
G: You work like that? The technique must be prepared in advance. I don't
hear any reason.
R: I’m so sorry, It is an unexpected accident. I will exchange your ticket
for the nearest flight to New York. But It takes 45 minutes for the flight to
take off. Are you fine with this flight?
G: 45 minutes. Can't it be earlier?
R: I know you are very busy but Iam so sorry. We don't have any earlier
flights to New York.
G: If not earlier, refund my money so I can find another airline. It's a waste
of time!
R: I can’t ... According to our airline policy, you have to wait more than 3
hours to get a refund. If you want to fly earlier, you only have to wait 45
minutes.
G: Make sure that your flight is on time. I don’t have much time to argue
with you. And I don’t want to wait in that row again.
R: Don’t worry. We make sure that it's on time. Now, we give you a
voucher in the luxury cafe in the airport. Besides, you can take a few

R: Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and once again, I am
so sorry for everything that happened to you. Have a great flight!

TEST 10

Part 2. Short talk (2 minutes/ individual)

1. Compare public transport in your country with China

Now, I will compare about transports in China and Vietnam. As you know, the
popular transports both in Vietnam and China are air travel, train travel and bus
travel.

The first, we will start with air travel. About number of airports, in China there
are high develop and a lot of regional airports – about 150 such as Shanghai
International Airport, Guangzhou International Airport; Beijing International
Airport and so on – so you have a very big choice. But in Vietnam, the air
travel is less develop – about from 10-20 airports such as Nội Bài airport, Cam
Ranh airport, Tân Sơn Nhất airport, and so on… so limited network. Besides,
China air travel is more professional than Vietnam air travel. Because, they put
satisfaction of guest in head and free luggage allowance in Chines Airlines. But
in Vietnam, the flight is delayed for long hours.

The seconds is train travel. As you know, the speed of train travel in Vietnam is
120km/hour slower than speed of train in China about from 200 to 500

2. What do you think are the most important hotel facilities and services for
a business traveller? Why?

I think the most importaint hotel facilities services for a business traverler is
high-speed internet access and concierge service. Because, with the internet,
they can monitor and control work remotely. Internet access is vital for business
travelers for both professional and personal reasons. It’s important to be able to
fire off a quick email to confirm your attendance at a meeting or to quickly
check in . Without the internet, their work will be interrupted in terms of
transmission, leading to lost time to exchange information, lost opportunities
and important partners. Besides, if there’s a business centre offering secretarial
and translation services and business support, that’s a plus. As you know,
Business travelers sometimes have foreign documents or some other languages
that they cannot translate, so they need to quickly translate the text to process
the work faster. If there is no translation service in the hotel, they have to spend
a lot of time traveling to find translation sources. And sometimes, because of
the nature of the job, they may need a secretary to help them handle the job
better. So that’s a plus.

TEST A
Part 2. Short talk (2 minutes/ individual)

1. What do you think about coach travel in Vietnam?

Ss evaluate both good and bad points of coach travel in terms of price, services,
facilities, speed, punctuality, safety.
*Advantages:

- Very cheap: When travelling by coach, you only make one single payment,
with the cost of these taxes and maintenance fees shared between you and your
passengers. Of course, prices vary depending on the time you travel and the
distance you’re planning on taking. But for families or group travel bookings,
you can usually secure a group-booking discount which still makes this a
cheaper travel option.

- Safety: Aside from the obvious vehicle safety differences, coach travel is
often considered a safer mode of transport because of the person driving. With
coach travel, you can have peace of mind, knowing you are being transported
by a professional driver who has experience in navigating the roads.

- Comfort and convenient: Without a doubt one of the most positive reasons
for travelling via coach is that it is far more comfortable than other forms of
transport, particularly the likes of buses and trains.

- Enjoy the scenery: Travelling by coach allows you to sit back and soak up the
views as you pass the rolling countryside which can be seen from many of the
VN’s major roads.

*Disadvantages:

-Some public transport systems are quite bad.

-There may be a noisy and uncomfortable ride where you have to share with
other strangers; thereby having a lack of privacy.

-Pretty crowded at rush hour and you have to waiting for long times.

-Can’t pick your companions: The real fear of coach travel is that you’ll find
little in common with your traveling companions or you’ll find their
conversation or conduct distasteful

2. Suggest suitable accommodation for a group of young foreign tourists in

Hanoi.

+ Consider about cost, facilities, location,.. of different kinds of

accommodation in Hanoi.
Cách 1: I think homestays is the most suitable for a group of young foreign
tourists in Hanoi because:

 They’ll get unprecedented access to some of Hanoi’s most beautiful

landscapes and get the comfort of a home while still a tourist.

 They can sleep in beautiful homes because many Hanoi homestays are
beautifully furnished and their structures are a work of art.
 The accommodations and facilities are comfortable and efficient, have
large yard and garden to party and play games with a large number of
people .
 The price is not as expensive as hotel, suitable for young people's
finances.

Cách 2: Accomodation for a group of young foreign tourist in Hanoi:

To suggest suitable accomodation for a group of young foreign in Hanoi, I

think:

About price : it must be both cheap and economical. Because there is a lot to
spend here and everything is expensive. They are young people surely they
will not have much money. It should from only a few hundred for a night's
stay.

Besides, it is also safety and comfortable for a group. So a room can have
many members staying together to easily regroup members.

About location: I think accomodation should be in the centre of Hanoi or

near the destinaton they want to go. Because, it will save on car hire and help
them travel faster to their destination or visit more places.

And with a short stay, I will choose for them a homestay such as Little
Charm Hanoi Hostel – Homestay at 44 Hang Bo, Hoan Kiem District,
Hanoi, Vietnam or The Chi Novel Hostel at 49 Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi,
Vietnam and so on….

2. Talk about a works of art to a group of visitors in an art gallery.

Suggested answer: The talk should include the following points: + time of
completion + where to display

+ material

+ any special meanings

Good morning everyone. I would like to tell you about one of the most well-
known paintings in the world, which is also my personal favourite, the portrait
of Mona Lisa. The Mona Lisa painting is one of the most emblematic portraits
in the history of art, where is located at the Louvre. Painted by Leonardo da
Vinci in the 16th century, it joined the collections of the court of France before
being added to the works on display at the Louvre Museum. This masterpiece
was acclaimed as the most recognized and most visited artwork in the history of
art. The woman sits upright in an armchair with her arms folded to depict Lisa
as a virtuous woman and faithful wife. The painting was one of the first
portraits to depict the sitter in front of an imaginary landscape, and Leonardo
was one of the first painters to use the toughest drawing technique of all the
time. The painting is so famous as there are so many hypothesis about it. What
attracts me the most about this painting is Mona Lisa’s charming smile. It’s not
only the most beautiful feature on her face but also has lots of mysteries. Some
people said that her smile looks different from different angle and it has been at
the center of much debate and speculation over the years. The artist created a
painting that is worth a thousand words and has become the iconic painting of
all the time. I personally think Mona Lisa is truly an impressive painting, after
all it was painted by the great Leonardo da Vinci.

events, characters and appropriate facial expressions and intonation

Hi everyone, I’m Truc.

TEST E

Part 2. Short talk (2 minutes/ individual)

1. Review a place you have been on your vacation recently. Would you
recommend it to others?

+ location, geographical features, its beauty, activities to do,...

Now, I would like to talk about Nha Trang. As you know, the city is located in
the east of Khanh Hoa province. With that geographical location, Nha Trang has
a tropical savanna climate influenced by oceanic climate.

2. Can climate and weather affect tourism? How? Give some examples in
Vietnam.

- Ss use vocabulary about weather conditions to talk about its effect on

tourism. Eg. Good weather/bad weather...

I think the climate and weather have a great impact on tourism. The first the
weather effect to the decision making of tourist and also influence the
successful operation of the tourism business. There are many flights canceled or
delayed, because of the bad weather, so very dangerous for flight. Or
transportation isnt easy. As a result, tourists cannot travel to where they want to
go. Secondly, it also affect to the destination. If destination has floods, heavy
rain, the landscape may be destroyed or tourist can't sunbathe when the weather
so bad such as: roughed-sea, shower, overcast,… For example, now is the flood
season in the central region so you cant go there. On the other hand, Vietnam
has a tropical climate, so it is very attractive to European tourists. The
difference in climate in each region also creates a variety of climates, tourism
demand and tourist season. For example: in the hot weather, the guest like go to
the beach such as Nha Trang, Đà Nẵng, Phú Quốc,…, in the cold weather, the
guest want to the northern mountainous provinces such as: Sapa, Hà Giang,…
And good weather will be more advantage for trips. This is cover my short talk

Part 2. Short talk (2 minutes/ individual)

1.How can weather and climate affect tourism in Vietnam?

I think the climate and weather have a great impact on tourism in Vietnam. The
first the weather effect to the decision making of tourist and also influence the
successful operation of the tourism business. There are many flights canceled or
delayed, because of the bad weather, so very dangerous for flight. Or
transportation isn’t easy.
This is cover my short talk
about the important of climate and weather to tourism. Thank you for listening.
