mostly water dominated. So to avoid water entering the

exhaust system and harming the engine a vertical exhaust

system is used over a regular exhaust system. Also most

of the tractors don’t have protective cab so in order to

avoid suffocation vertical arrangement turns out to be the best.

MS pipe: Mild steel(MS) pipes are manufactured using low carbon (less than 0.25%) Steel. Due to low carbon
content, the pipes do not harden and are easy to use. MS pipes are made from mild steel and can easily be cut,
welded, fused, bent and shaped in various shapes and sizes
They used multiple OD (outside diameter) and thickness material
Minimum size -25.4mm (OD)* 2 mm(thickness)
Maximum size- 76mm(OD)* 2mm bent over there.

SS pipe: After carbon steel, Stainless Steel is the second most widely used material in process industries as it
offers excellent corrosion resistance properties. There are different types of stainless steel used in piping. 
Stainless steel (SS) is a type of alloy steel with a minimum chromium content of 10.5% or more, and maximum
carbon content of less than 1.20%.
SS has excellent resistance to corrosion and good ductility.

SS(304)- Type 304 is the most versatile and widely used stainless steel. It is still sometimes referred to by its
old name 18/8 which is derived from the nominal composition of type 304 being 18% chromium and 8% nickel.
SS304 is used only for engine parts. Trackers, engine system do not get corrosion, for that purpose ss pipe used,
so no corrosion in engine so maintenance and replacement cost will be reduced.
Combatting rust is very crucial inside the engine. If rust is formed inside the engine, It mixes with the fuel or
engine oil and completely changes the chemical reaction of burning of fuel. This decreases efficiency, damages
structural integrity and can be dangerous for the user

MS sheets: MS Sheets are excellent quality material that withstands all types of climate and obstructions. It has
high rigidity and is manufactured in different length, thickness, weight as per the needs of the customers. Mild
steel sheets have high tensile strength and are very effective against corrosion as it has a protective zinc cover
when galvanized. It is perfectly suitable for drilling, cutting, and wielding.The measurements of raw materials
as used by Tiara Autocomp are 50.8 * 2mm and  50.8*1.56 mm.

Capsule pipe: Capsule pipelines are pipes buried underground and are designed to transport containers
(capsules). Capsules can be fitted with wheels to reduce friction between the outside of the capsule and inside of
the pipeline.

ERW and Seamless Pipes: Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) pipe is manufactured by rolling metal and then
welding it longitudinally across its length. Seamless pipe is manufactured by extruding the metal to the desired
length. Therefore ERW pipes have a welded joint in its cross-section, while seamless pipe does not have any
joint in its cross-section throughout its length. In Seamless pipe, there are no welding or joints and is
manufactured from solid round billets. 

.from where this raw material are being sourced ?

       Majorly the raw materials are sourced from the Sheet Metal Supplier. These Materials are then sent to the
pipe manufacturing unit at the plant. For example, Tata Bhushan Steel outsources Making of steel pipes by
sending raw material (Metal Sheets) to Pipe Manufacturers.
