WHY SHOULD WE CARE ABOUT A HEALTHY WORKING ENVIRONMENT?


The work environment must provide comfort that helps raise the productivity of employees

Working in a healthy environment is good for mental health, and on the other hand, a negative work
environment or work-related stress may lead to physical and mental health problems.

And Certainly not providing a healthy work environment that a ects managers or employers negatively
as employees have no loyalty to the company and are not fully satis ied with their production

It is better for corporate owners to create a healthy environment for employees and it is also a major
reason to motivate and engage employees.

BUT THE MAIN QUESTION IS HOW CAN WE CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE TEAM MEMBERS OR
EMPLOYEES ARE HAPPY, PRODUCTIVE AND MOTIVATED?

One of the most important qualities that employees seek is trust, honesty and integrity.

There are several factors that reinforce these qualities


These include:

there is little encouragement

Poor relationships between employees is the key factor in creating a poor working environment, not
necessarily all employees are close friends.

But team members must cooperate to complete their tasks in a professional and polite manner.
