Considerations

❑ The building will occupy around 90 employees within the next 20 years.

❑ The main building area shall be approx. 3000 m².

❑ Consider that the main building will be built in phases.

Other Considerations
HVAC Accessibility of large vehicles
o Data center cooling requirements indicate o It is important to design the building with
that servers need an environment between easy features that will aid to be accessed for
20°C and 22°C to continue operating installation, repair and maintenance vehicles.
o Main building temperature 22°C + -2°C.
Humidity is 45% +-5%.
