 ‫تم االتفاق بين كل من الطرفين على االتي‬
It was agreed between the two parties on the following

‫ اوال‬:

‫) زيارات خالل السنة وزياره عند الطلب وتشمل‬ ( ‫يقوم الطرف الثانى بالصيانة الدورية لألجهزة من خالل عدد‬
‫أعمال الفحص والصيانة الوقائية مجانية على أن ال يتعدى عدد الزيارات في الشهر عن ( ) وما زاد عن ذلك من‬
‫إضافة الى ان تكون فى مواعيد العمل الرسمية‬،‫زيارات تقدر الزيارة بمبلغ ( ) في حال لم يكن هناك أي قطع غيار‬
‫الخاصة بالطرف الثانى من الساعة التاسعة صباحا حتى الساعه الخامسة مساء‬

The second party performs periodic maintenance of the devices through ( )

visits annually and one visit upon request for free upon not to be more than ( )
monthly and what’s more than that the visit would be for ( ) if there is no spare
parts installation, and includes preventive inspection and maintenance work,
provided that they are in the official working hours of the second party from
nine o'clock until five o'clock in the evening

: ً‫ثانيا‬
‫فى حالة إبالغ الطرف األول عن عطل فى إحدى األجهزة يتم اإلبالغ عنها خالل مواعيد العمل الرسمية‬
‫ مساء) عدا أيام الجمعة والسبت والعطالت الرسمية على أن يصل‬5 ‫ صباحا إلى‬9( ‫للطرف الثانى من‬
‫احد مهندسي الطرف الثانى إلى مكان العطل فى أسرع وقت ممكن من وقت اإلبالغ‬

In the event that the first party reports a malfunction in one of the devices,
it is reported during working hours The official for the second party is (9
am to 5 pm) except for Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays on One of the
engineers of the second party should reach the place of failure as soon as
possible from the time of reporting

‫ ثالثا‬:
‫ ساعة من‬72 ‫يتم إصالح األعطال التى تتطلب نقل الجهاز إلى مقر الطرف الثانى في فترة التزيد عن‬
‫وقت حضور المهندس‬
The faults that require the transfer of the device to the headquarters of the

 ً‫ رابعا‬:
‫يلتزم الطرف الثانى بالقيام بكافة أعمال الصيانة كاملة على أن يتحمل الطرف األول تكلفة قطع الغيار‬
‫التى يتم تركيبها‬

The second party shall undertake all maintenance work, provided that the
first party shall bear the cost of spare That are installed.
ً‫ خامسا‬:
‫ الغير إرادية ( الحريق‬:
‫– ال يشمل هذا العقد األعطال الناتجة عن عدم ثبوت التيار الكهربائي أو العوامل‬
‫المياه) وأيضا األعطال الناتجة عن سوء االستخدام كالكسر مثال‬
This contract does not include malfunctions arising from unstable
electrical current or involuntary factors (fire - Water) and also
malfunctions caused by misuse, such as fracture.

: ً‫سادسا‬
‫) فقط لاير غير‬ ( ‫) رياال لتصبح القيمه الكليه للعقد‬ ( ‫قيمه الصيانه الشهريه‬
% 25‫ عند التعاقد و‬% 25‫شامله ضريبه القيمة المضافة ويقوم الطرف االول بسدادها علي أربع دفعات‬
‫كل ثالثه اشهر‬
Monthly maintenance value ( ) riyals, so that the total value of the
contract ( ) is only riyals, excluding VAT, and the first party pays it in
four installments, 25% upon contract and 25% every three months.

‫ سابعا‬:
‫يحق ألي من الطرفين إلغاء العقد فى حالة عدم التزام أى طرف بأى من بنود هذا العقد على ان يكون‬
‫( الشرط الجزائي لفسخ العقد هو‬ )

Either party has the right to cancel the contract in the event that any party
does not adhere to any of the terms of this contract, provided that the
penalty clause for breaking the contract is ( )

‫يبدأ العقد من تاريخ التوقيع المدون بصدر العقد ولمدة عام كامل‬
