1. Open the Microsoft Publisher in your computer desktop.
2. Then click paper blank 11" x 8.5".
3. Click the Page Design menu, and then click the Margin (custom
margins).
4. Adjust the margins both top and button and Left and right.
5. Then click ok button if finish.
9. Click “More Borders and Accents” Then select your design, like
open border and pixel pattern (Accent).
10. Click Insert tab again, then click shapes.
11. Now select your banner shapes then apply it to your certificate or
other design.
