25 看啊，有個律法專家要試探耶穌，就站起來說：「老師，我要做甚麼才可以承受永生呢？」
26 耶穌對他說：「律法上是怎麼寫的？你又怎樣唸的呢？」27 他回答說：「『你要盡心、盡
性、盡力、盡意愛主你的神』，並且『要愛鄰如己』。」28 耶穌對他說：「你答得對。照着去
做吧，這樣你就必得生命。」29 那人想顯示自己問得有道理，就對耶穌說：「那麼，誰是我的
鄰舍呢？」

30 耶穌回答說：「有一個人從耶路撒冷下耶利哥去，卻落入了強盜手中。他們剝掉他的衣服，
把他打個半死，丟下他走了。 31 剛巧有一個祭司從那條路下去，看見他，就從另一邊走開了。
32 同樣，有一個利未人也經過那裏；他走近，看見了，也從另一邊走開了。 33 可是有一個撒
馬利亞人路過，來到那人身邊，看見他就動了憐憫的心， 34 上前把油和酒倒在他的傷口，包紮
好，然後把他扶上自己的牲口，帶到旅店裏照顧他。 35 第二天，那撒馬利亞人拿了兩個得拿利
*交給店主，說：『請你照顧他，一切額外的開支，我回來的時候必還給你。』

36 「你認為這三個人中，誰是那落在強盜手中的人的鄰舍呢？」
37 他說：「是那個憐憫他的人。

10:35 得拿利或譯作「銀幣」。「得拿利」是當時的貨幣單位，價值恰好是一般工人一天的工資。

25 And a lawyer stood up and put Him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal
life?” 26 And He said to him, “What is written in the Law? How does it read to you?”27 And he answered,
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and
with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.” 28 And He said to him, “You have answered
correctly; do this and you will live.” 29 But wishing to justify himself, he said to Jesus, “And who is my
neighbor?”

30 Jesus replied and said, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers, and
they stripped him and beat him, and went away leaving him half dead. 31 And by chance a priest was going
down on that road, and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. 32 Likewise a Levite also, when
he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, who was on a journey,
came upon him; and when he saw him, he felt compassion, 34 and came to him and bandaged up his
wounds, pouring oil and wine on them; and he put him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn and
took care of him. 35 On the next day he took out two denarii* and gave them to the innkeeper and said,
‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I return I will repay you.’

36 Which of these three do you think proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell into the
robbers’ hands?” 37 And he said, “The one who showed mercy toward him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go
and do the same.”

(Samaritan) • 撒馬利亞人（北國以色列）受到宗教的約束比較少。
• 他們崇拜偶像，與異族通婚，為南國猶大王國的人所不認同。
• 他們雖然是兄弟，但因為數百年的分裂、競爭、甚至戰爭，早已變成了仇敵。
• 在民間，撒馬利亞人與猶太人互相不交往長達數百年。

 好撒馬利亞人法 (Good Samaritan law）
q 在美國和加拿大，是給傷者、病人的自願救助者免除責任的法律

q 目的在使見義勇為者做好事時沒有後顧之憂，不用擔心因過失造成傷亡而遭到追
究，

q 從而鼓勵旁觀者對傷、病人士施以幫助。

q 該法律的名稱來源於《聖經》中耶穌所做的好撒馬利亞人的著名比喻。

q 在其他國家和地區（例如意大利、日本、法國、西班牙，以及加拿大的魁北克）
，好撒馬利亞人法要求公民有義務幫助遭遇困難的人（如聯絡有關部門），

q 除非這樣做會傷害到自身。德國有法例規定「無視提供協助的責任」是違法的，
在必要情況下，公民有義務提供急救，如果善意救助造成損害，則提供救助者可
以免責。
