Dear Sir,
IE during routine site visit at Path Base Construction Camp office on 29/07/2021, observe the more than 6000
numbers Pre-cast Re-panels (M-35 grade) and more than 500 numbers Pre-cast Boxes (M30 grade) for pipe culverts
and more than 500 numbers Pre-cast Wing walls (M30 grade) casted at base camp without any approval of Design
drawings and without any approval concrete mix designs and Source approval of materials.

And also S.D Bansal steel stocked at base camp and used in Pre-cast Re-panels, Pre-cast Boxes & Pre-cast wing walls
without any source approval. In NHAI office Memorandum NHAI/TIC/PQ/2021-13/582 S.D Bansal Iron & steel
Pvt.Ltd Manufacturer is not in one time source approval list.

So IE instructed to Concessionaire Pre-cast works of Re-panels, boxes (Pipe culvert) and wing walls cast at base camp
after approvals of Design drawings, Source approval of materials and Concrete mix designs.
