SUBJECT SPECIFICATION AND REGISTRATION oJ SKYWELL ET5

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Article II of Republih Act No. 4136 on the
Uniformity of Registration Fees and Classification, and Sectio~ 5 of Republic Act No.
8794 on the Reclassification and New Models of Motor Ver icle, all manufacturers
and/or assemblers of motor vehicles, prior to the introduction of a new model motor
vehicle, shall submit the specifications of said model to the La ~ d Transportation Office
which shall determine under what schedule of registration fees the said model should
fall. Below are the specifications of the subject model ba1sed on the inspection
conducted at the North Motor Vehicle Inspection Center, to wit: I

All NRUs of the Regional Offices and District/Extension Offices authorized to initially
register new motor vehicles shall classify the subject unit as 1Sports Utility Vehicle
(SUV) and be assessed with the applicable MVUC for such cl1assification pursuant to
Republic Act No. 8794. It is an M 1 Category vehicle.

Further, ensure that mandatory documentary requirements are complete and in order
prior to acceptance for initial registration .
