SUBJECT REVIEW OF DRIVING SCHOOL IT SERVICE PROVIDER

ACCREDITATION

LTO Memorandum Circular 2022-2324 dated April 12, 2022 with the subj ect, "Guidelines/or the
Accreditation ofAccredited Driving Schools IT Service Providers", requires the use of IT Service
Providers for LTO-accredited Driving Schools to electronically submit Theoretical Driving Course
(TDC) and Practi cal Driving Course (PDC) Certificates to the LTO. Whi le the memorandum
intends to ensure the proper manner of submission of PDC and TDC certificates, good governance
requires that thi ~ program is reviewed and eva luated to ensure its effectiveness.

As such, the program for Driving School IT Service Provider accreditation is hereby suspended.
Further, the accreditation committee on Driving School IT Provider accreditation is hereby
dissolved. The com mi ttee shall be reconstituted once the review and evaluation of the program is
completed.
All orders/memoranda inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed according ly.
