ACTIVITIES

1. What is RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY?

- Recreational activity are any outdoor activities that take under for the purpose of
exercise, relaxation, and or purpose. It also includes practice or instruction in any
such activity. Recreational activity also means that any structed or organized
activities or program where its purpose is to develop a skill that the person can
be developed by joining this king of programs or activities.
2-4. Give 4 examples of RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY

- There are many examples of Recreational activity and some examples of this
Recreational activities are fishing, camping, rock climbing, and sight-seeing.
5-10. Benefits of Recreational Activities

- We human beings can also gain something when we do different programs or


Recreational activities. And some of those are; we develop new skills or new
hobby, because trying new activities that are new to us would help us to learn
new things and also to experience new environment. Another benefit is that it
improves bonding, when we go out with our family and also to other people, we
would have time to get to know each other and have the time to appreciate the
place and the activities that we are doing. When we join and do Recreational
activities we get to unplug from the daily grind, means we get the time to take
rest from our technologies such as our phones, laptop or computers, also we get
the time to rest from stressful works like with our office and school works. Lastly,
we get to have chance to have and or gain more environmental awareness
because we get to see what is happening with our environment, in which we
could also help to spread awareness to other people of what is happening with
our environment.

11-13. Give examples of MODERATE TO VIGOROUS Recreational Activity.

- Some examples of moderate to vigorous activities are starting from walking in a


long distance, running and then running to long distance, these activities would
help you to at least exercise your body to move and able to stretch. Another
example is that when you are swimming first you just do a normal lap until you
repeat it again and again, this would also help you to practice and strengthen
your lungs when you do big activities. Overall, this activities would not just help
you just to gain experience and strength, but it would also help you to be
motivated to do it again in order for your body to get used to in doing hard
activities.
