Overall introduction
With total area of 300 ha, Nam Son Hap Linh industrial park is located in Bac Ninh Province,
Vietnam. The Park spans across two communes, the Nam Son commune and Hap Linh commune,
from where its name is derived.

Situated within the Northern Key Economic Triangle Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh, lying in
close proximity of major expressway and the Northern national road systems, the industrial park
offers prospective investors a strategic location with favourable investment incentives.

1. National road No.18 bound for Noi Bai International airport in one direction and Cai Lan
seaport/ Quang Ninh province in the other.
2. The new 18B Expressway lies in parallel with National road No.18, is to be constructed in
the near future, fostering connectivity with the Noi Bai International airport and Cai Lan
seaport.
3. Expressway No. 1A bound for the Vietnam-China border gate in the Northern Lang Son
province, facilitating inland export/import activities and transportation of products and
services to China.
4. National road No.38 connected to the Hanoi-Hai Phong new expressway, bound for Hai
Phong port city, fostering marine transportation of goods and services into/out of
Vietnam.
