and fruits with the incorporation of the freshest, richest and creamiest ingredients into a
world class product. The shops’ initial offering will be a mixture of rich and healthy fruits
and vegetables turn into a mouth-watering ice cream. Through selective marketing we
intend to create a loyal customer base that will see Eastside Cold Escape as a high class,
yet affordable ice cream shop with an impressive product offering.
The goals and objectives of Eastside Cold Escape are to deliver a quality product
in a consistent, courteous and timely manner in order to have the customer return again
for another satisfying, flavorsome treat while at the same time earning a reasonable return
on the initial investment.

products. We provide unbeatable customer service and we lean into our niche. We can serve you
in just a snap of a finger.

Eastside Cold Escape caters healthy ice cream to all people of ages; kids, teenager,
adults, elderly and it is also recommendable to people who are in their journey of weight loss or
people in a diet.

Provision for Product Knowledge
Our business will provide initial trainings to applicants for at least 2 days to be able to have
an initial knowledge of what will be their work at the same time on what our company offers to
the people. Along with that is a practical exam that will help us filter applicants that will be
recruited as our employees, that are best fit for the work. Moreover, after passing that training
and exam, additional trainings will be held every quarter of the year to expound the employee’s
knowledge and also to provide improvements. As for our consumers, the business will produce
advertisements wherein nutrition facts will be provided for people to be aware of our product and
how it is beneficial to them. Eastside Cold Escape will also produce nutrition facts in every
packaging, for consumers to be well-aware of the product’s nutritional offer.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT


Eastside Cold Escape will assess the employee’s skills and ability by monthly coaching
for developments and other deliverables. We will also conduct one-on-one interviews to also be
knowledgeable of their outlook for their future, specifically asking what are their 2–5-year career
goal. Additional development trainings will be provided for free, for them to improve. As well us
to personally assess their selves.

ESTABLISHMENT OF SYSTEMS
As a starting business, we will be recruiting best fit employees for the job. Also, the
business will issue rules and regulations that must be obeyed. The ground rules and regulations
are as follows: Complete usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); each has their own duty
and responsibility as an employee; when mistake or problem arises, face the consequences; and
most especially be professional. We will also conduct further research for the improvement of
the products. We will also set short- and long-term goals and cascade to the employees. Conduct
meeting-coaching from time to time, to be able to track the business achievement as well as the
