Eastside Cold Escape caters healthy ice cream to all people of ages; kids, teenager,
adults, elderly and it is also recommendable to people who are in their journey of weight loss or
people in a diet.
ESTABLISHMENT OF SYSTEMS
As a starting business, we will be recruiting best fit employees for the job. Also, the
business will issue rules and regulations that must be obeyed. The ground rules and regulations
are as follows: Complete usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); each has their own duty
and responsibility as an employee; when mistake or problem arises, face the consequences; and
most especially be professional. We will also conduct further research for the improvement of
the products. We will also set short- and long-term goals and cascade to the employees. Conduct
meeting-coaching from time to time, to be able to track the business achievement as well as the
employee’s performance. And lastly, break down capital investment from total cost of the
ingredients up to the distribution of employee’s salary, in short having a well-organized
inventory list and income statement.
On the other hand, our business will face arising problems, standing firm. Supporting and
requiring consistent, respectful and effective discussion and resolution of issues when they arise
will be our ground objective to conquer business conflicts. And those who fail to do so will be
held accountable as needed. Every business experiences problem until success is achieved.
