A Capstone Project may be done by SHS learners.

his/her specialization.

C. HUMSS and GAS

Produce a creative portfolio that will integrate their learning in specialized


learning areas under humanities or social sciences.

 Portfolio is a systematic process and purposeful collection of student work


documenting the students’ learning performance.
 It follows a well-organized collection of products of students’ academic
performance and work samples.

PORTFOLIO FORMAT
A. Cover Sheet- this creatively includes the overview picture of the kind or
nature of student’s work that could be in the form of cover page.

B. Table of Contents- This includes the title of each work sample and its
page number.

C. Autobiography- These are self-written entries of the life of the student.

D. Personal Goals - Students are encouraged to write the things they are
good at and the skills they need to improve in a particular subject.

E. Work Samples - These are the entries that serves as basis in assessing
student’s work.
