1. What is scientific method? What is its importance in the natural and social sciences?
The Scientific method is an empirical method of gathering knowledge that defines the development of science. It needs
cautious and attentive examination and monitoring, acquiring questioning attitude in terms of what being monitored.
The steps in scientific method are organized and methodical, and the step is being used in experiments. It helps scientists to be
more observable, analyzed the problem, conduct some research, and helps the scientist find an answer in one subject and to help
their research more organize.

2. Describe the language used in natural and social science textbooks.


Textbooks in the scientific and social sciences are written in English. The field of science known as "social science" is
focused on examining how societies function and how people interact within them. Experts appreciate and opt to utilize formal language
since natural and social science textbooks contain a lot of technical scientific terms. Writing with neutrality while making a case can be
difficult.

3. How can knowing the structure of a textbook help a reader locate a specific information?
Text structures describe how writers arrange information in their texts. Identifying the underlying organization of texts can aid
pupils in concentrating on important ideas and relationships, plan for the future, and check their understanding as they read.
Understanding and remembering text structure can greatly enhance readers' comprehension and retention of information. Students can
organize the facts and details they are acquiring while reading by understanding the text's structure.

4. What is a paradigm and when does it change?


A paradigm shift is described as "an major change that occurs when the conventional approach to thinking about or carrying out
a task is replaced with a novel approach. A paradigm shift is a significant transformation that overthrows and replaces an existing
paradigm in how people think and act. A paradigm shift can happen as a result of a series of anomalies or pieces of evidence that cast
doubt on the status quo, as well as from a ground-breaking innovation or discovery.

5. How important is a picture in the textbooks for both sciences?


The learning process is influenced by the pictures in the textbooks. Before reading a text, students frequently view visuals, and
these images might help them use their imaginations more effectively. The results of this study demonstrate that textbook illustrations
can foster students' inventiveness.
