There are many influential transnational corporations (Transnational

Corporations) such as IBM or Microsoft that are actually more powerful economically

and politically than most countries in the world. Many experts say that countries in the

world do choose to maintain control over various companies, rather than accept an equal

position as subjects of international law. It is the developing countries primarily that have
concerns about the dominance of transnational corporations in the national economy, and

their influence in the domestic politics and economy of the host country.6

Amazon.com stock is very valuable and showing signs of positive growth. On

3.2. Simplify

Transformational leaders speak clearly and pragmatically, stating clearly the

direction in which the team is moving. In particular, the plan for each project should

include more of what needs to be done at this stage. The desired end result also needs to

be clearly communicated so employees know where they and the project are headed.

3.3. Motivation

Consistent with the principles of motivation, you get the consent and commitment

needed to improve your vision. By understanding your employees' likes and dislikes,

you'll know what's motivating and what's not. For example, recognizing and celebrating

achievements, training to expand your knowledge base, creating a pleasant work

environment, taking a half day off for exceeding expectations or providing a weekly snack

like bagels or donuts can motivate employees. recruited to do their jobs. Highest level.
3.4 Determination

Decisive means persisting to finish the race, no matter what obstacles stand in

your way. The principle of determination requires that you rely on courage, endurance,

strength, and perseverance to achieve your vision. By being resilient, you show

employees that hard work pays off.

3.5 Mobilization

Transformational leaders know how to assemble the right team to get the job done. This

includes recruiting, training, and equipping qualified team leaders and other willing

participants who are not in leadership roles. Transformational leaders understand the

importance of assigning tasks based on the characteristics and capabilities of the

participants.

3.6 Preparation

The Readiness Principle requires transformational leaders to be limitless learners.

You must be able to introspect to continue to learn about yourself, alone or with the help

of others. To maintain strong relationships with employees, you must always be prepared

to nurture and maintain the relationship. It means looking outside of yourself, focusing

on what's best for the team, and channeling that energy into your employees to emulate

that behavior. The Readiness Principle requires transformational leaders to be limitless

3.7. Facilitate

The Facilitation Principles require that you provide your employees with the right

learning tools to take the vision to the next level. Workers especially need challenging

work that stimulates and opens their minds and fosters a desire to continue learning. As a

transformative leader, he recognizes this principle and strives to improve the intelligence

of his employees.

3.8 Innovation

Change in the business environment is inevitable. Consistent with the principle of

innovation, it courageously recognizes the need for change and initiates it accordingly.

For example, innovation might include learning and adapting to an updated accounting

system, or adapting an employee who has just been promoted to a management level. As

a transformational leader, you effectively show employees why change needs to be made,

how it will benefit them and the business, and how. accept it.
Transformational leaders have characteristics

1. In this type of leadership, people can influence their colleagues and superiors and

subordinates.

2. Transformational leadership is rooted in the leader's personal values and beliefs.

However, in this process, no goods are exchanged between superiors and subordinates.

3. These leaders are inspired by their deepest personal values (such as justice, fairness,

honesty, and honor). Burns remembers these values as final values. The final value is

non-exchangeable or non-exchangeable.

4. By providing ultimate values as personal standards, transformational leaders create

harmony and unity among their followers and, more importantly, accommodate changes

in personal goals and objectives. followers' beliefs are consistent with the organization's

goals (Eskandari, 2014, p.126).

5. Leadership transformation harness and show hearts and minds.

6. Transformational leaders have a vision and connect that perspective with passion and

purpose. Transformational leaders allow their feelings to speak to others in ways beyond

their mind from deep within their being.

3.9. Strength and Weakness

3.9.1 Strength

Transformational leadership is a style in which a superior supports subordinates

by making them aware of the importance of their subordinates and the value of expected

outcomes, and motivates them by meeting their care needs. their personal care and

development within the framework of the company's shared vision. organ. Transforming

perception of superiors' charisma and ability to inspire. Previous literature

suggests that transformative leadership behaviors can influence employee responses in

different ways. As a result, transformational leaders are expected to exert a positive

influence on the reactions of their followers. Previous studies have shown that

transformational leadership can foster an organizational culture that is creative and

innovative. It has also been observed that transformational leadership styles are more

suitable in changing environments. Companies often prefer senior executives with a

transformative leadership style because they are more capable of dealing with rapid

change and an uncertain environment. Employees of companies with transformational

leaders review their performance (based on comprehensive PMS, a performance

evaluation system that includes financial and non-financial performance measures) .

3.9.2 Weakness
Transformational leadership agencies have a weak point in implementing it. Have

1. without design. Due to the overlap between each of the four factors (ideal influence,

inspirational motivational components, intellectual stimulation, and personal

considerations) it is indicated that the dimensions are not clear. In addition, the parameters

of transformational leadership often overlap with similar concepts of leadership. For

example, point out that transformative and charismatic leadership are often considered

synonyms, even though they are used interchangeably. 1. Some charismatic leadership

models are just one component of transformational leadership.

2. Criticism is about measuring transformational leadership. Some researchers often use

different versions of the Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) to measure

transformational leadership. However, some studies have criticized the validity of MLQ.

In some versions of MLQ, the four transformational leadership factors (Ideal Influence,

Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Personal Consideration) are highly

correlated, which means that they are not are distinct elements, which means they may

not be unique. to the transformation model

3. Transformational leadership is elitist and undemocratic. Transformational leaders

often play a direct role in creating change, setting visions, and driving new directions.

This gives the strong impression that the leader acts independently of the followers or

puts themselves above the needs of the followers. 3. Transformational leadership is elitist

4.1 Conclusion

By applying a set of simple principles when communicating their "ethics,

attitudes, and processes to followers", it in turn affects employee creativity and

productivity. According to Burns, transformation is characterized by a leader focused on

changing the values, beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, feelings, and needs of his followers in

order to achieve changes for the better. future. As a transformative leader, he recognizes

this principle and strives to improve the intelligence of his employees. As a

is rooted in the leader's personal values and beliefs. Thus, transformational leaders are

expected to exert a positive influence on the reactions of their followers. The Agreement

between States is the first in the world to bind a group of adjacent states to settle any

dispute arising between the states. It is also seen as a global model for solving cross-

border problems.

4.2 Suggestion

The company always strives to be able to apply transformational leadership

(transformational leadership) in business leadership to improve employee performance,

as it has been proven to best improve performance. employees to be able to achieve

business goals more optimally. The factors that business leaders need to pay attention to

when implementing a transformational leadership style are:

Leaders have the ability to cultivate the trust and respect of their followers. Charismatic

leaders are leaders who are able to generate strong emotions. Leaders are seen by

employees as role models, trustworthy and visionary. With power and influence at stake,

it is easy for charismatic leaders to ask their employees to devote all their energy and

thought to the good of the company leading to the achievement of goals. the company's

goals. Leaders have the ability to motivate employees in running the business. Leaders

can also create atmosphere and trust. Inspiring leaders have the ability to instill in

employees enthusiasm or enthusiasm for the company's missions. Leaders can develop

employee rationality and creativity, value employees' ideas, and involve them in problem

solving. Leaders can encourage their employees to come up with new ideas and creative

solutions to their problems. Leaders give individual attention to the need for success,

respect individual differences, and provide guidance to employees.
