This guideline shall be referred and followed by all participants.

1. Roles in moot court

2. General flow of moot court
a. Moderator to introduce the scene/scene interchange
b. The clerk will read the case briefly.
c. The trial begins-judge will open the court
d. Plaintiff and defendant will present their arguments
e. The actors will be involved in all important flashback scenes related to the case.
3. Duration of moot court
a. The duration of moot court must be within 15-20 minutes.

The Mystery of The Burnt Cottage

At a young age, the Brown family Mr. Matt Brown and his wife Mrs.
Megan Brown lived peacefully. Mr. Matt used to be a successful
businessman while his wife is a very famous singer all over the
world. However, their harmonious life ended when their house was
destroyed by an earthquake. After that unfortunate event they
moved to a village called Kampung Durian Kukuh. The relationship
between Mr. Matt and Mrs. Megan is also becoming less friendly
because each of them is experiencing a very severe financial crisis.
One day Mr. Matt started converting his cottage into a grocery store
and he sold goods to the villagers there. Mr. Matt is a little happy
because at least the money can support their family, but Mrs.
Megan feels mad because the money is still not enough for her to
live like before. But their relationship is becoming more friendly and
each of them helps support the family's finances. One unfortunate
morning, Mr. Matt and the villagers found that his grocery store had
been burned down, and they discussed for a while and then
brought all the suspects who were perceived to be the ones who
burned the cottage to court for trial and to punish those who were
guilty. Various things happened during the trial in court and finally it
turned out that...

The Invisible Maggie Thief

Azfar has a secret stash of Maggi, unknown to anyone else.

Containing almost a hundred Hot Cups and Hot Mealz, Azfar’s stash
is the literal jackpot for anyone and everyone in his wing. So he
keeps it locked away, where no one can find it. But what will he do
when it inexplicably goes missing? Was it Dzafran, his roommate
who stays up suspiciously late? Faris, his reclusive neighbor?
Or....someone else entirely?

In a situation that seems completely impossible, someone has

stolen Azfar’s Maggi stash without anyone seeing them? How? Azfar
and the rest of the court intend to find out. The prosecution, led by
Inspector Wafeeq, intends to pin down Dzafran as the culprit. But
can veteran defense attorney Maisarah and her crack team
overturn the case, and find the true identity of this so-called
invisible thief?

Mystery of The Spiteful Letter

Despite having a good engineering profession and a recent breakup

with his partner, a successful engineer's life has been turned upside
down by a peculiar occurrence in which he frequently receives
letters threatening to commit himself. In addition, furniture and
personal objects in this man's home frequently vanish inexplicably.

Because of the sophisticated security system installed in this man's

mailbox, a letter threatening suicide should not be in there. Because
of this security mechanism, if someone from the outside wants to
put a letter in this man's letterbox, they must first get the man's
permission. Only then can the letter be placed in the letterbox. With
the letter present, the man experienced an odd feeling. How is it
possible that the letter is in the mailbox if his cell phone did not
notify him to ask permission to transmit it? After all, who these days
still utilises letters?

Finally, this man made the choice to leave his home in Puchong,
Selangor, and begin a new life in Ipoh. When he moved to a new
location, he hoped that all of these unusual occurrences would
stop. With that, he meet his cousin who lived in Ipoh and requests
for help in finding a new home that will fit him. His cousin is a
psychiatrist who works in Ipoh Mental Health Clinic. Can all the
unusual things end if this man moves? Is it possible to answer the
puzzle of why his belongings consistently go missing? Is his female
cousin involved in anything at all? The legal system will decide
everything.
