1. Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is an umbrella term referring
to communication hardware or software that allows the access, storage,
transmission and manipulation of information. In terms of Hardware, ICT
specifically encompasses radio, television, communication devices (smart and non-
smart phones), desktops computers, laptops and network hardware and
technologies. ICT is also comprised of software, applications and platforms that
allows information to be accessed, stored, transmitted and manipulated.

2. ICT has contributed a lot to change our everyday life such as letter to e-mail,
market shopping to on-line shopping, classroom learning to e-learning, etc.
Technology has a tremendous impact on human life. The invention and use of
technology make people's lives change and can even change the world. ICT at this
time has developed very rapidly. In the development of technology, it has provided
many benefits to human life. Technological developments can also change human
lifestyles, both in working, socializing and studying. Because humans are users of
technology, they must be able to take advantage of today's technology as well as
possible. We can see that in everyday life, technology can facilitate human work,
including ATMs, telephones, internet, and many more.

3. Web 1.0 is the first stage of the World Wide Web's history, Web 2.0 is a world
wide website that emphasizes user-generated content, usability, and
interoperability for end-users, and Web 3.0 is the evolution of web utilization and
interaction that involves transforming the Web into a database.

Web 1.0 - The first stage of the World Wide Web's evolution is referred to as Web
1.0. In Web 1.0, there were just a few content creators, with the vast majority of
users being content consumers. Personal web sites were prevalent, and they mostly
consisted of static pages housed on ISP-owned web servers or free web hosting
services.

Advertisements on websites while surfing the internet were prohibited in Web 1.0.
Ofoto is an online digital photography platform that allows users to store, share,
view, and print digital photos in Web 1.0. Web 1.0 is a content delivery network
(CDN) that allows information to be displayed on websites. It is suitable for usage
as a personal website. It is expensive to use.
Web 2.0 — A website that emphasizes user-generated content, usability, and
interoperability for end users is referred to as Web 2.0. Participative social web is
another name for Web 2.0. It does not refer to a change in a technical definition,
but rather to a change in how Web pages are produced and used. The transition is
positive, but it does not appear like the changes are occurring at the right time.
Web 2.0 allows users to communicate and collaborate with one another in a social
media dialogue as creators of user-generated content in a virtual community. Web
1.0 is a form of Web 2.0 that has been upgraded.

Web 2.0 development employs web browser technologies such as AJAX and the
JavaScript framework.

Web 3.0 - This refers to the progression of web usage and interaction, including the
conversion of the web into a database. After a long period of focusing on the front-
end, it now allows for the upgrade of the web's back-end (Web 2.0 has mainly been
about AJAX, tagging, and another front-end user-experience innovation). Web 3.0
is a term that is used to describe several different evolutions of web usage and
interaction. In this case, data is shared rather than owned, and different services
display different perspectives of the same site / data.
