Do I enjoy any advance payment waiver?
Yes, you will enjoy rate plan upfront payment waiver, device advance payment waiver for K2 contract and deposit (if any) subject to
T&C*. This is subjected to

Am I tied to a contract if I register for any of the offers?


Yes, this offer is subject to 24 months contract

I am still on contract with my existing mobile operator. How can I accept this offer without having to take a new number?
You will need to terminate your device contract with your current mobile operator and settle all outstanding amount. Then just port in
your existing line to Maxis to enjoy this offer.

What happen if I terminate within the contract period?


An Early Termination Fees will be charged

What happen if I transfer my line to another person within the contract period?
The contract is non-transferable. An Early Termination Fee will be charged.

If customer fails to make payment for device contract plan, what will happen to my contract?
If customer fails to make payment for device contract plan, the monthly fee & contract will continue to run till contract ends. In the
event customer terminates the contract prior to contract ends, penalty will be charged to customer’s account.

What would happen to the unlimited data on mobile line if I terminated Fibre or Maxis Home 4G WiFi for the bundle offer?
You will no longer able to enjoy unlimited data on your mobile plan if you terminated Fibre or Maxis Home 4G WiFi under the bundle
offer

What devices am I eligible for under Maxis Postpaid Plan?
You are entitled to all available devices at Maxis Centres (Please refer to list of Maxis Centres)

Am I entitled to enjoy Maxis Unlimited Bundle + Samsung TV Promo for RM1?


No, By subscribing to Maxis Unlimited Fibre Bundle or Maxis Broadband plans, you are no longer entitled to subscribe to Smart TV
offering (65” Samsung 4K UHD). All rebates will be removed if you opted for the Smart TV offering.

Will I still be able to enjoy rebates under Maxis Unlimited Bundle, if I opt to drop one of the services?
All rebates are no longer valid if you terminate one of the services under the bundle offer (Maxis Unlimited Fibre Bundle and Maxis
Unlimited FWBB Bundle)

Can I get my device immediately through Maxis Retail Stores?


Yes, but this is only applicable to Maxis Centers in Malaysia (excludes dealers, MEPS)
