JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration (Malaysia) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "NIPPON") solicit your quotation for the
following MATERIALS listed / detailed in the attached EXHIBIT 1 - TABLE OF QUOTATION :
1. The applicable Terms and Conditions of Purchase Order can be obtained from our website at https://www.nex.jx-
group.co.jp/english/contact/procurement.html. Kindly refer to the applicable documents shown below :-

2. Bidder is required to submit ONE (1) PRICED and ONE (1) UNPRICED Proposal of legible quality.
Bidder's proposal must specify the Bidder's Company Name, NIPPON's RFQ Number and RFQ Closing Date / Time.
Bidder's proposal can be submitted via:

The sealed envelope must be marked with Bidder's Company Name, NIPPON's RFQ Number and RFQ

Unsealed or unmarked envelope will be rejected outright.

OR, c) Email to NIPPON Tender Secretary email at jxtender@noex.com.my if you had received your RFQ via the
same email by virtue of your response to Form TD423 Bidder Response to Notification on Invitation to Bid.
3. Bid Validity shall be for 60 and our term of payment is 30 Days.
4. The closing time/date for this RFQ is 15 July 2022at 15:00 hrs. Late submission of proposal may be rejected.
5. In the event of an order, MATERIALS shall be delivered to the address below:

6. If any Bidder has any clarification query regarding the Request for Quotation (RFQ), the Bidder shall submit the
clarification query via facsimile transmission to 03-21644129 or email to jxtender@noex.com.my at least two (2) working
days before the bid closing date.
However strictly during any Movement Control Order (MCO) or state of Emergency issued / declared by the
Government of Malaysia or any other period as advised by NIPPON, all communications/correspondence with regard
to bid preparation / clarification and submission of UNPRICED Proposal and PRICED Proposal shall be made to
NIPPON Tender Secretary email at jxtender@noex.com.my in two (2) separate email (i.e. separate email each for
UNPRICED and PRICED proposal) strictly encrypted and password protected.

Important Notes:
1. Bidder shall provide detailed information, specifications, technical
brochure and/or catalogues for NIPPON evaluation.
2. Failure to provide the details information (herein), bidder may be
disqualified.
3. Bidder is advised to submit proposal as per NIPPON’s requirement.
NIPPON may send technical clarification to ascertain bidder’s
proposal is meeting the requirements. However, there shall be no cost
impact resulting from technical clarification. Non compliance to this
instruction may cause bidder’s proposal to be disqualified.

GRAND TOTAL :

Delivery Proposal (if applicable)

Where delivery is required (especially for supply of goods), the bidder is required to quote a firm delivery period from receipt of
Purchase Order until delivery of goods at required delivery point (e.g. DAP ASB Labuan). The delivery period shall be stated in
calendar days / weeks.
Note(s) :
1. If you offer equivalent items, please provide specifications. Where possible, kindly include technical brochures to assign us in
evaluating your offers. Equivalent offers must be direct substitute to the item specified in this enquiry.
2. All items must be export-packed for protection.

3. Bidder to submit their certificate for / proof of Sales Tax or Services Tax Registration if Sales Tax or Services Tax is applicable for
the supply. The Sales Tax or Services tax shall be itemised separately.
