To all district reading coordinators (Elementary) 15 districts, gather all the School Reading Profile with Reading
Difficulties of all the schools in your district both in English and Filipino. Do not consolidate. Basta ipunin lahat
bago isubmmit sa amin using the template shown above in a long bond paper (landscape)
Submit in soft copy the complete School Reading Profile of Learners with Reading Difficulties in our email only, not in
messenger.

Submit the hard copy in the Division Office thru CID upon printing all the School Reading Profile of Learners with
Reading Difficulties in your district placed in a long folder.
Please expedite and give priority on this matter. Deadline of submission is on or before September 30, 2022, but we
appreciate so much if you can submit the earliest possible.
This is not the result of Phil-IRI (Pre-Test). This is the honest pre-reading assessment of teachers. However, if you are
done with your Phil-IRI administration, before submission of this report , then you can use that as your basis.
