In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate,

the Most Merciful. And make ready your strength,

to the utmost of your power, including sinews of war,

to strike terror into the hearts of enemies of Allah, and

your enemies and others besides them, whom you know not,

but whom Allah doth know. And whatever you expend in the cause

of Allah, shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.

month between 900 hrs. to 1800 hrs. The visitors are not allowed on weekends. Cadets are not
permitted to leave the College without prior permission.

Telephone Calls and Correspondence

Incoming calls are accepted on Sundays only. Students are allowed to call their parents on

Departure & Arrival Arrangements

It is the personal responsibility of the parents/guardians to pick and drop their wards/cadets on
college gate, as and when college closes or reopens. At the College, the students are handed
over to the parents/guardians or their authorized representatives only. However for summer and
winter vacations, to help the parents/guardians, the College makes special travel arrangement
to dispatch the students. Travel parties are sent to Rakhni by College Bus and rest will proceed
to their destination at their own. Security arrangements are made during this journey, however in
case of any mishap or accident etc. College administration is not responsible.

Transitional Period after joining the institution

It usually takes at least a period of three weeks for boarding students to get adjusted to the new
environment and pattern of life. During this short period, it is always advisable that they are not
visited by parents, guardians or relatives etc. and no contact even on telephone, is made unless
grave emergency takes place in an exception.
