Contract
Let it be known that this contract of agreement between ARV WATERWARE
MARKETING with postal address located at San Antonio Village Roxas Est., Digos City,
Davao del Sur and _____________________________________________ with postal
address locate at _____________________________________________ and shall expire on
with the contract agreement of one (1) year.

ARV WATERWARE MARKETING here in after referred to us supplier and

_____________________ here in referred to as customer. It is also agreed upon that said
customer will duly absolutely follow the said condition and terms of this contract.

TERMS AND CONDITION

 Upon delivery and installation customer agrees to have completed full down
payment to supplier ( ), as well as the remaining amount due as agreed upon.

 Customer is also informed that although said mentioned equipment has a ( 1 ) one
year warranty will not cover filters, Membrane, U.V. Lamps.

 Customer is not allowed to re-sell or transfer of ownership of the said equipment

during it installed period nor the customer to relocate said equipment during its
warranty period without informing supplier

 If there are any technical problems with the equipment during its warranty period
the customer must nit try to repair or make any others alterations and improvement
at the expense of the supplier during its warranty period.

 In the vent of any natural or man-made disaster that might result in loss of said
equipment, it is agreed upon the customer will not delay of refuse to pay the
balance/s owed to ARV WATERWARE MARKETING.

 If customer delays the monthly payments there will be 2% interest to said monthly
payment
  I the event of non-payment and obligations of the customer. ARV WATERWARE
MARKETING has the right to either pull-out the equipment for deposit until such
obligation are full settle or bring such case to the proper court expenses shall be
shouldered by the costume.
