There is no doubt that I am an introvert. Since I'm introverted and do well alone, I try to avoid
conflict at all costs. I've been this way my entire life, and I'm okay with it. I have always had a
hard time communicating with others. I am also an only child, so I think that's also one of the
reasons why I had a hard time opening up to other people. I am used to being by myself. I find
peace in being alone as I can work better with no distraction. It would take months for me to
become comfortable with others. I’m not so good at making new friends. I find it hard to
approach new people without a good reason, and approaching them simply just because is just
out of the question. Unless the people I meet have the kind of personality that I immediately
identify with it can be awkward and weird to hang out with them at first. As nice as some people
are, it takes time for me to form a bond strong enough to really be at ease with them.
How do I communicate my state of mental wellness to others? Well I communicate it to
someone dear to me. I am not very vocal with my family, its just that way. I am not comfortable
sharing my worries with them as they dont even check on me sometimes.
The one I run to when I have problem is my cousin. She is six years older than me. She is my best
friend. She is the one I turn to when I have issues or worries. She and I get along in everything;
she is like a sister to me. She is aware of everything I am reluctant to share with others and offers
guidance. She gave the best advices and she knows what to do, I sometimes think that she knows
me better that than I do. She is incredibly supportive of me and always tries to stand by my side,
despite the fact that she is busy at work and had her own worriest to.

Since I am aware of how difficult it is for me to keep my troubles to myself, whenever I have
issues, I attempt to speak them out with my friends or my relatives.
I can let go of my bottled-up emotions by talking to someone about my concerns. Sharing my
concerns with others has been a great way for me to relieve tension and lessen the weight I'm
carrying. I also kept a notebook where I wrote down my thoughts, feelings, and the things I
learnt each day to help me better understand how I was feeling.
Gospels and motivational sermons on YouTube are usually what I turn to when I don't have
anyone to talk to or don't want people to know about my troubles. When I'm sad and
overwhelmed with anxieties, connecting to God is a huge assistance to me. My burdens are less
after talking to him, and when I'm with him, I'm at peace and have the motivation to keep going.
Personally, I believe that this pandemic is a gift in disguise for me since it provides me the
chance to get to know God and myself better. When I didn't have someone to turn to and
everyone was so preoccupied with their life, he was my go-to. I consider myself to be hopeful.
Just because I think everything will be alright in the end because whatever will be, will be.
